Room was good size, comfortable and had effective air conditioning. Very large hotel - plenty of parking spaces. Restaurant, cafe and bar on site in addition to leisure facilities.

Disappointed that there was no water or tissues supplied in the bedroom - would expect this of a 4-star hotel. The water we bought in the bar was overpriced - €3.30 per small bottle. The standard of food could have been better.

Spacious room with nice bathroom, plenty of space for luggage etc... online check in/check out process very handy & easy to use as key cards are ready on arrival and can be dropped into box at reception desk when leaving.

Not within walking distance of Eyre Square & main parts of Galway.

We loved everything about our trip.... we stayed 2 nights and barely left the hotel. The beds were exceptionally comfy, and the room was big and spacious (a family room for 5... 2 adults and 3 children). The hotel itself was clean and because we stayed midweek it was quiet so no extra noise or busyness. Anything extra we needed was got for us.... with no issues at all. The swimming pool was warm and the changing rooms clean. I actually couldn't fault the hotel at all. Overall it was the perfect short family get away for us. We ate, and swam, and watched movies together in the room for the entire time we were there.... it was heaven!

The staff were all very friendly from front of house, Breakfast staff, Bar staff etc. I liked how swiftly I was changed room after my initial room was a nightmare with the lights flickering, tv not working, sockets not working but this was sorted really quickly thankfully. Thank you to front of house staff who were so helpful and patient answering my questions. I thought the staff in the breakfast room were really friendly and approachable. Bar staff were great and always taking care of me.

Just the first hour with the flickering lights room but it was resolved quickly. The location of the hotel not being in the city centre wasn't ideal but I knew this when booking but the bus journey wasn't too long. The drinking glasses are really small at breakfast which was quite annoying but it is what it is.

we loved the hotel room one of the best family rooms we have had, loved the pool area too. Hotel is in a great area very handy for shops etc too

we had meal in the bar on our first night and the service was awful it took so so long for order to be taken, then drinks took forever and so did the meal, The food was nice but over priced menu to be honest, Then the waitress forgot about our next round of drinks had to go to the bar to ask, when we asked for our bill the waitress forgot again, felt like walking out but would not do that had to chase it up twice!!! was shocking so we ate outside the hotel the next night. disappointing as the hotel is fantastic other wise.

We enjoyed our hotel stay. The pool was nice and clean. Would have been great if there was a kids area with a slide or some swim toys. Reception and bar staff were pleasant the majority of the time. We were disappointed with the power of the shower in our room, very weak and that our room wasn't cleaned on a daily basis. There was a lovely lady (non Irish with black hair and red lipstick :) ) who worked with the housekeeping team on level 4, she was such a hard worker and an absolute pleasure to chat with. She was so friendly. She is such a great asset to your team. Overall we enjoyed it and we would stay again . Kind Regards Carol

The Hotel staff were courteous and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the leisure pool was clean and well managed. The hotel operates an online breakfast and pool reservation service which ensures direct access without overcrowding. There was an abundance of live music in 4 separate areas of the hotel. There was a high level of excellently trained staff in the bars and food hall. Top marks to Clayton for going the extra mile to encourage the clientele to stay onsite. Just amazing service.

I parked in the underground parking lot and even though there were some spaces that warned about lime drip, I thought I choose well but was caught with several lime spots on the bonnet. One stubborn mark remains but I think it’ll be resolved with more attention.

The room was the largest and most comfortable we had on our week long trip to Ireland. The bathroom was large with heated floors and plenty of counter space with a large shower and tub. There was a desk with a mirror in the room where you could use the hair dryer since you cannot use them in the bathroom. Parking was free and convenient. Front desk and coffee bar staff were nice and helpful.

The bar staff were not attentive and unfriendly. We went in for a night cap both nights and the first night it took a while for someone to wait on us but they were busy working both sides of the bar. The second night, the girl that was working the bar would not wait on us and just stood there. When I finally had to ask her to come over she acted like I was nuts when I ordered a French 75 and wouldn’t even try to make it. She ignored us the rest of the time we were there. Very different from most of the bar experiences we had in Ireland. While the hotel is lovely it is quite a ways from downtown Galway. We would probably stay closer next time. ,

We arrived early and all the rooms were ready for us. Five rooms in total. Check-in was very simple and efficient. One of our parties wanted a room with a balcony and was swopped over with no issues or any extra charge. We booked an executive room for ourselves, and it was fabulous. A huge room and very clean. The bathroom was very spacious and the toiletries were lovely. The staff from reception, bistro and leisure centre were so nice and kind. For the price that we paid we really were not expecting the decor and room that we stayed in.

The one thing and I am nit picking is that there is no hot tub. The pool is long and narrow, but it is lovely and warm. Pool and dressing room was very clean.

Over all stay was great, room spotless and staff are very friendly. Pool is just right size and the staff on duty was so kind to my three children. Breakfast is so good and I like the idea of bringing some breakfast buffet food in your room for other guest that can't go down and make it for breakfast time, that is super nice. Having four children with me is so chill being in the hotel. Definitely coming back to stay in the future.

Been to many hotels and so far, I can't see any flaws aside from the distance from the city centre.
