EXCEPTIONAL! Absolutely fantastic stay here. the staff were fantastic, rooms were super comfy, nice gym and pool facilities, and a huge selection of food for breakfast. We received an upgrade to our room and we’re also selected as guest of the day which made our stay extra special! The staff were super friendly, welcoming and professional. We hope to come back and stay again!

the fact we only stayed the one night. everything was perfect.

Room was comfort and affordable. Easy to find via google map or waze. Close to culinary area and lots of cafe along Soekarno Hatta road. Close to Tambak Sumur gate toll.

Receptionist was not good response once we asked for welcome drink. Must be waited for check in time due to we checked in 13:15. Wifi very slow and must be upgrade. Lift from basement to Lobby must be move near the lobby or in one one building NOT separated (out site).

Great and friendly staff. Great room. Clean and specious. Wifi was fast. Everything was nice modern. Gym and pool were nice as well. The breakfast was very nice. The chef in charge of the egg station was super friendly and cooked the eggs exactly as asked.

The only issue we had was on the second breakfast day, there was a small cockroach walking around on the bread knife. The only complaint, other then that no problems.

Novotel SAMATOR was a beautiful property along with its conventional location which can be accessed very easily. The property was good, the staffs were very helpful and the cleanliness was awesome. Overall a good stay. I would recommend the stay to all the travellers.

The breakfast options were limited.

The staff were very friendly and helpful liked there hospitality specially Mr.Angga was really helpful and striving to make our stay more comfortable the location is good however, still you need taxi to move around. the atmosphere of the hotel lobby spacious & wonderful

iron and iron table need to be change to better quality. consider adding more choices in the breakfast

Lovely hotel, in the right part of Surabaya to get easily to the airport. Clean with good facilities. Good food on site at the restaurants.

Initially was given a smoking room, even though we had requested a non-smoking room, however the hotel were happy to resolve this.

Very difficult to contact when trying to make a change (I tried twice, Booking.com tried and eventually I had to have somebody visit hotel to make the change). Breakfast so so.

there is no (good) coffee in the room, only tea. the chair in one of our rooms was a bit old and has defects in the upholstery

The staffs were great, hospitality exceptional and the buffet breakfast superb, every breakfast menu tasted delicious, my family really enjoyed it

The rooms cleanliness was disappointing for novotel, as a frequent travellers we used novotel chain hotels alot, but this time we were let down, the bed sheets had lipstick stain n cigarette holes (we stayed in non smoking rooms!), no bath mat and slippers in the room and the towels were VERY badly worn out (please, at least change the towels..), wash basin sealent was moldy, rooms' hallway stuffy and hot, and the elevators were slow and didn't have fan nor ac so felt very stuffy and hot, especially in this covid time the elevators are very not healthy because of the bad ventilation

Room and bathroom are spacious with comfortable bed and sofa. The overall property is well maintained. Food selection at breakfast has a lot of choices.
