Amazing Resort. Full of character. Reminiscent of the Old Bali. Beautiful gardens and swimming pool. We had a slight problem with our pool and were immediately upgraded to a larger villa with a stunning outdoor area. The food was excellent. Good breakfast choices served by lovely staff. We had dinner a couple of times in the restaurant and it was delicious. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. All the people who worked there were super attentive and genuinely friendly. It is a bit out of the way but there is a shuttle service into Sanur and taxis were very cheap, around $4 AU.

Not one single thing.

We had to check in late as we had a later arrival and the team were amazing from the beginning. We were welcomed, shown through to our villa and were made to feel extra special with towel swans prepared to help celebrate our honeymoon. The villa was spacious and the pools were awesome, the space felt fresh and relaxing. Each morning we were welcomed to a courtesy breakfast, the food was lovely and so were the team looking after us. The staff were always so kind, friendly and ready to assist with any requests with a smile. It made our stay that extra bit special. The location of the villa is in a quiet part of Sanur, walks to the beach generally took around 15 minutes, while a courtesy shuttle bus (operations until 4pm) helped if we wanted to save our legs for shopping and heading to restaurants. Overall my wife and I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend anyone else looking to relax and unwind in Sanur. Thank you!

That we could not stay there longer!

Breakfast area was lovely in the garden and offered good variety. The loungers and outdoor living area were very comfortable. The gardens were immaculate and well kept, with a lovely central pool. Staff was friendly. Spa service available and comfortable spa area. Bathroom area was very big, and the bedroom was large, with a super large bed. A quiet area and offers shuttles into the town/beach.

More shade in the outdoor living area would have been helpful. The loungers were in the sun, with no movement to shade. However, there was an umbrella with a round seated table.

It’s a little far out of town but in fairness excellent shuttle service available and a $3 taxi ride home. The place is looking a little tired and in need of a refresh. The tiling needs a good industrial clean and all the woodwork is in need of a refresher. The breakfast though adequate was lacking in inspiration for a supposedly 4 star. We only ate one evening and that was enough, poor quality and expensive. We noted no other guest ate at the property.

Our Villa was upgraded to the 2 bedroom Villa. Plenty of space. Very private. Lovely gardens. Complimentary dinner for 2 on the final evening.

Overbooked our Villa for the first night, so we got moved to there so called sister villas. These was located in North Sanur. Was very remote. The Villa they moved us to didn't compare in quality and location to the one we had booked. Prepaid power meter that ran out of credit at 3am in the morning.

I had the best massage of my life here from Nyoman Arini! (Aromatherapy Massage) Unfortunately, I only had time to have 2 massages from her, but if we stayed longer I definitely would have had gone every day (maybe twice lol). We were lucky to be upgraded to a bigger pool villa (Maja) which had a beautiful pool. The food was exceptional and our favourites were the ribs and prawn dishes. We were too slow to book a hire bike, otherwise we would have ventured to the cafes and restaurants along the beach more often - as its about a 10-15 minute walk. We didn't mind as we just relaxed by our pool anyway.

Beautiful and serene sight as you enter the compound. My villa had its own private mini pool. The bathroom is very spacious and you can soak in a warm bath. You’ll have to hire a taxi to get you to the beach and centre, but sometimes the staff will be willing to give you a free ride to the nearby beach areas. If you’re up for a bit of a walk from the beach to the villa, it’s doable. Jay, the manager, was ever so warm and helpful, always checking up on you if you chance up with him. It’s not a five star hotel but the place is good value for money. If you’re up for a traditional hut ambience, with elevated comfort, this is for you.

We stayed in the villa with a private pool, it was very lovely. Room made up every day. Staff friendly, helpful and beautiful. Room service was great, food lovely, breakfast was great (1 x vegan and 1 x not vegan)

Aircon in our room was not sufficient - not sure if the unit wasn’t big enough or it just wasn’t working well. Nothing else to mention at all - it’s a gorgeous property at their very reasonable prices.

We absolutely loved our villa with its private pool and beautiful terrace where we had breakfast delivered every morning. It was walled so very private. The bed was really comfortable with a good mosquito net. We used Gojek a few times to get in and out of town, which is really easy and cheap. Otherwise it's a pleasant walk along quiet lanes or along the beach path. We really enjoyed our stay.

Unless you wanted a scorching shower, it was difficult to get good pressure. We also had quite a bit of noise from events going on at the beach both during the day and in the evenings. I think we might just have got unlucky rather than this being a regular thing. We still loved our stay.
