I've never been to a better resort. I must admit that when Mr. Evan, the front desk agent, greeted me, I was both amazed and grateful. My wife and I just had some negative experiences in Nusa Penida. But what made us even pleased was Mr. Evan's offer of a welcome drink as soon as we got to the resort. The thing that most surprised me was that Mr. Evan gave us free afternoon tea and free Balinese SPA services at the resort. Additionally, as we had a flight at 6 o'clock, we asked to extend our check-out time to 3 o'clock instead of the original 12 o'clock. Guess what, Mr. Evan let us to stay until 3pm without charging us. Even after we checked out, Mr. Evan stopped by the hotel lobby to say goodbye and give us a gift. There is no doubt that staying at this resort was wonderful. I would most definitely recommend it to others, and I'll be back. I hope the resort can maintain its excellent level of service and even get better in the future.

Overall is good, but there are some tiny matters that the cleaner might miss out during cleaning. I found this bottle with water in the bathroom, I didn't know what it's for but I saw some dead larvae in the bottle. It's a mosquito larvae, I believe the bottle was left open before this and that's why mosquitoes were able to lay eggs. Hopefully Hotel management can look into this. Other than this, the resort is a great place to stay 🙂 .

Really impressive and spacious rooms with direct access to the huge pool. We also really enjoyed the beach club. and watersports that was connected right at the beach. Staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable - a huge plus for us.

To be honest, our stay was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, and although there are a few repairs that's needed here and there we're sure that the resort will do their best seeing as how the pandemic must have greatly affected them these few years.

The resort is in a tranquil and serene setting with exceptional service and great dining options. It is not in the hustle and bustle of town and this gives the feeling of escape, and also great for families and kids who need some peace and quiet. The moment we arrived the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and settled in. The service from staff was warm and efficient, their hospitality and dedication to service was top level. The breakfast at the resort was another highlight of our stay. Each morning we were treated to an array of mouth-watering dishes, from traditional Balinese cuisine to the more familiar Western options. From curry to awesome fruits, delicious pastries and great coffees it was a great start to the day and the culinary team outperformed themselves every day we were there.

It was the epitome of luxury, the villa was spacious and had great amenities. The convenience of the private swimming pool was fantastic because the kids could be easily supervised. The staff could not be more friendly and accommodating, they anticipated all our needs and were just great with the kids! They were very helpful and knowledgeable and answered any questions we had with great enthusiasm and detail. Just to give a special mention to the amazing staff. Demi - guest manager Ria - host at breakfast would always be welcoming and would ask us if everything was great, and would happily give us local knowledge of points of interest. Dwi - helped us with several messy breakfast situations regarding the kids with such grace and understanding. Koming - so happy and would greet us with with such enthusiasm, she would cook our eggs to perfection in every way! Ariawan - our airport transfer driver was so knowledgeable of the island, so friendly and calm. Darmawan - house keeping manager was just great no request was ever difficult, he saw we had the kids and so kept the villa well stocked with plenty of water bottles and coffee pods. He gave us his what's app number and we could ask questions or request a booking at anytime and it would be done, no problems.

Although there was plenty to do and the resort has means to get anywhere you like to go. The location was a little bit isolated, if you want to be out partying it might be a bit slow for you. But if you want to relax recharge and sit on a private beach then I highly recommend it.

They went above and beyond to assist me in various ways, and their exceptional service truly made a positive impact on my overall experience. Can’t stop to comment on breakfast.I would like to give a perfect rating of 10/10 for the quality of the breakfast. I particularly want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Listya, who consistently ensured my comfort and provided an excellent breakfast experience. Please convey my appreciation to NanI, Vani, and Listya for their outstanding dedication to customer satisfaction. The level of service they provided was exemplary, and I can confidently say that they significantly contributed to making my stay enjoyable.

we have booked a 4 nights stay in a deluxe apartment with pool access around the pandemic time and we obviously had to cancel all our holiday plans due to unforeseen circumstances.as per the booking policy the hotel could not refund the money and the holiday was kindly postponed until September this year. due to personal reasons I had to give up on this holiday, however, with the help and support from the hotel management, my booking was gifted to two amazing employees as a prize for their excellent work and commitment. I hope they will fully enjoy this little treat and it will bring smiles to their hearts. Thank you management for turning my idea into a goodwill gesture.

the rooms were pretty spacious and the whole property was well maintained and managed from the lobby to the beach club and restaurant's everything was exceptional. i was really pampered on my holiday. With complimentary late check out and spa that was provided for me and my wife. The guest relations manager Mr. Demmy is really doing a great job in handling the guests. will definitely come back here. Perfect place for people who like calm and not so busy atmosphere and want to spend time with family as the rooms are actually a suite sized room with even cooking utensils. the staff is super friendly too and everyone take care of you on every single detail you request for. they even surprised us on her birthdays with a cake which was very sweet and flowers on our bed as good bye gesture. also the rooms and the hotel are as shown on in the photos.
