Jakarta Airport Hotel

The convenient location at terminal 1. The room was nice and of good standard.

It was not that easy to get to the hotel at terminal 1 from terminal 4 where we landed. The airport crew told us we could take a shuttle bus, but all the shuttle buses were full. Finally we found out that the shuttle bus was actually mainly for the airport staff and that was why it was full. We tried to walk to the hotel but it was not possible. We ended up taking a overprized taxi to the hotel, which took 2 minutes. Felt very silly and unnecessary.

Decent hotel, clean, comfortable, located in terminal 2, so practical for travellers to and from terminal 2. However, it takes 10-15 mins by shuttle to terminal 3, and shuttle goes every 1/2 hour, so not so handy for terminal 3 travellers; you would be better off to book d'primahotel Airport Jakarta Terminal 3 Wellness Center Hotel as this one is located immediately in terminal 3 departure area. Plus, staff coordinating shuttle is unreliable and laid back; they did not wait for us at arrival as agreed and confirmed by them.

The welcome is very pleasant, the staff helpful and friendly, and speak English very well. The room is spacious and well soundproofed, perhaps a little dated, but clean, with a view of the airstrip. As for the breakfast 10/10, very good, thank you. If next time I have my flight canceled at the last minute by the airline again, I will come back.

Check-in was quick and easy, and assistance was provided with getting my luggage to the room. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Shuttles to and from the Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 are available 24 hours, and run on the half-hour; be sure to arrange pick-up from a terminal before you arrive. The in-house dining is good. Overall, the location at the airport makes this a good choice as a transit hotel.

Some of the fittings and linens (especially the towels) are showing signs of wear, but it is still a comfortable hotel.

The hotel occupies one floor in Terminal 2 and is very easy to find. The welcome is warm and the room was sumptuous for a one night stay before an early flight. Breakfast is from 3am (excellent!) and free transfers are booked to other terminals when you arrive. A quick dinner in the breakfast room was fine (no wine by the glass: just beer) and service was friendly. Views of planes: nice! Would very happily stay here again!

After entry through Reception steps the hotel is all on one level: it's a long corridor walk to room 70 (if that matters to you). The place was built without elevator/easy ramping to Reception and the next level up. You may need to ask for assistance on the side-ramped steps with baggage to Reception (it is offered beyond reception to the hotel room level).

they do not have escalator or elevator on the first steps ul to the escalator to the reception area and to go up to the room level. it was hard for us to haul our luggages without the help of the staff. smell of cigarette smoke in the common area passing the smoking room which is the only way to to to our room (2-48). They don’t do take away breakfast because their breakfast starts at 3am- but our stomaches weren’t able to eat at the wee hour. Hope this can change in the future or have a no breakfaat option.

1. Very convenient for those catching early flights out from the airport. It is located at Terminal 2E roughly at the center of the long curvilinear airport terminal layout. Locating the hotel is easy as it is at the same level as the departure hall and the entry point is marked by the security scanner with the sides marked "HOTEL" & pyramidal staircase and escalators leading up to the hotel lobby. 2. Room is of moderate size not too small and not too big either but impressed with the overall cleanliness eg bed linen and towels are crisp and fresh smelling, no dust, cornice ceiling are freshly painted, air-con is in good condition though decor is a bit dated. Housekeeping has done a very good job with what they have. 3. Breakfast is reasonably priced and offer a tasty and decent selection of Indonesian food with the usual bread, waffles, cornflakes, cakes, juice etc. enough to keep customers satisfied without the over indulgence. Overall ambience of restaurant is relaxing with view of planes taking flight amidst a resort-y feel which is somewhat of a novelty. 4. Room directly faced the airport runway yet the double-glazed windows blocked out the noise totally, no issue with loud airplane engines disturbing one's night sleep.

1. Hotel rooms are laid out in a single story along the length of the airport concourse, so will need to walk quite a bit if your room happen to be at the end of the long corridor. There doesn't seem to be any lifts serving this hotel. 2. Three flight of stairs from the reception lobby to getting to the rooms so it is not accessible for wheelchair user. 3. Toilet for each room is a step-up to accommodate plumbing below - could be a structural limitation not to core the floor slab below it but it may pose as an encumbrance to the elderly customers entering the toilet.

They send a message to tell you if you arriving after 7pm you cannot get into the hotel, and they will cancel your booking without refund. Since this is inside an airport as a transit hotel, and many flights arriving later than 7pm this is not feasible. My flight arrived at 9:30pm and I emailed and messaged and called them many times but they would not reply. It was very stressful arriving at night to the hotel not knowing if it would be cancelled or closed. The communication with them was terrible

Since this hotel is inside the airport, I was scared that the noise from the landing and taking off of planes would prevent me from sleeping, but actually the rooms are well soundproofed. Also, I was surprised at the comfort of the beds and the room in general, especially as I had read some "average" reviews previously. Some people were complaining that it is difficult to find, but the first person we asked pointed us in the right direction and the entrance is quite visible. If you are coming with the shuttle from another terminal, when you cross the bridge into the terminal and arrive at the ground floor, it is immediately on the left. It is worth the price and a good accommodation for transit.

The coffee at breakfast could be better. Also the breakfast room is a bit tiny.

I needed a hotel for transit between flights. One time for outbound and secobd time for inbound flight. First time was problematic as I arrived after midnight to another terminal T3 than the hotel location T2 - no more Skytrain service, just every 30min bus - but this bus took also over 30min to drive. Second visit was easier as it was within the operational hours of the Skytrain. The selection at the breaksfast was better than I expected.
