Fairmont Jakarta

I am giving review as the person who gifted a short weekend stay to family members. My priority will be communication and phone support. 5 stars all the way. Nothing could be more frustrating if emails weren't answered but in my case, Fairmont has done above and beyond. My comm were replied within the hour, minutes even. My guests are still singing praises about the tidiness and top hygiene in their respective rooms. We really appreciate the opportunity to receive your welcoming hospitality.

Small glitch but payment through BCA link weren't able to receive bank transfer on the weekend.

Cleanliness, great selection of restaurants, close to the shopping malls - Plaza Senayan (via underground- plus point) and Senayan City and Other shopping mall. absolute top notch service from the staff

On our arrival, I have booked 3 rooms however there were not welcome biscuits or fruits for my room and my sister's room. There is no door-bell or automatic notification on the door to notify for the housekeeping.

Wi-Fi disappeared from different parts of the hotel in the public areas and had to switch from one to other accounts.

I booked for two children and two adults to be told that room only accommodated three and I would have to pay for an extra bed. Have raised this with Booking.com and hotel and both think it’s the other’s issue. As it was the second time this has happened to us on our trip I think Booking.com needs to be more aware of the issue for families booking for 4 in one room (with small children). Hotel Manager was a star and smoothed it out in the end at no extra cost.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was good. The location of the hotel is less congested, making it a good option for business travel. The hotel is linked to a mall with plenty of food outlets, making it a very convenient location.

The bed and pillows were too soft. The indoor slippers were too small. In a warm day, the lobby was not cold and dry enough, making one felt very warm and humid.

been a corporate client, I know the hotel. it’s a 5* experience all the way. the well appointed room with the heated water closet seats, the excellent shower experience, the premium toiletries, the bed-mattress-linens-pillows combination, the abundance of great restaurants, the excellent gym and pool, the connection with an upscale mall, you name it in the world of luxury and Fairmont has it. I need to thank Adrian at the reception desk for his kind welcome and special care while the checkin process.

Wonderful hotel. Big and beautiful rooms, very comfortable beds. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Especially Ms Dea from the reception. She was awesome. She remembered my name everytime she saw me. She was really nice. Internet was good too. The toilet even was awesome :))

I can't find any negatives for this hotel. Everything was great!

Excellent location, luxurious with lots of amenities, nice large room with large bathroom, closet with electronic controls, bathtub, good toiletries, comfortable bed, coffee/tea maker, good restaurant, wide spread of breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Plus connected by underground tunnel to nearby mall. Overall an excellent hotel.

Loud music at night over the weekend, possibly from the nearby stadium.

Nice location with several shopping malls around. The hotel is well kept, nice personnel, good condition of rooms and services.

We had an issue with breakfast - almost every day we had to prove we have made booking for 4 pax with breakfast included, that was annoying.

The location is very strategic. The facilities are quite good and the breakfast is great.

First, their keycard is very poor. I had to ask the staffs to update it twice because it's not functioning. Staff said it was because the material. And I choose room with "Pay at the property" facility, but they charged me before my stay. And they said it because of the high occupancy.

The breakfast at Spectrum is awesome. It has varieties of food with fresh juices. The 1945 restaurant is excellent quality of food from the beverages, main courses & the desserts. Its 10/10!

The toilet bowl experiencing minor blockage. The maintenance need to check the toilets more frequently.
