Hotel Santika Bogor

the spa is great as well as the pool, the breakfast offers a wide variety of food, there is a shopping mall and quite some restaurants next to the hotel, for rooms in the highest floor there is a free dinner snack with delicious treats served, windows are completely sound-proof and keep all street and other noise outside, the AC works fine

the breakfast is mainly Indonesian, which is certainly not bad - but Western travelers might not be used to that, sometimes the breakfast room can be almost completely full if you have bad luck so that is was occasionally difficult to find a table - nothing dramatic, but a little surprising for such a big hotel

The staff were great and helpful,breakfeast was great and variety.close to mall easy to get to just go down lift to mall fantastic.,.Plenty of meals to choose from and games arcade for my son to play at.easy pick up point to get a car and staff were always there to help. couldnt fault they were always there to help.

Just the main line on the phone in room said international calls dial this number.but when try it doesnt ,was told by staff that it doesnt work any more,they need to take that off the speed dial in room,and i couldnt get help as to how to call home to australia ,as i didnt have the indonesia sim card,no one could tell me where to get one or how to call over seas,if it had been a emergency then that would be a very big problem here at the hotel for litigation reasons.

That it is a hotel adjoined with a shopping mall. So convenient. It is also near the botanic garden. Although I did not get into the garden I did manage to walk 4km every morning around the area. Loved it!

this hotel is connected to one big mall in Bogor that make it convenient to find food, beauty salon or anything you need. The free netflix show is great also. I also appreciate the 4 bottles of free drinking water (in all Santika chain).

Good size room. Good amenities, good food. Good restaurant.very kind friendly staff.

The lift were very sensitive to weight so when only 4 or 5 people inside it started to warn that is is too heavy. That cause big queues and long waiting to go up and down.

Has everything one needs. Good bed, table and chair to work at, free internet, good shower, Water boiler and thee and coffee in the room. Free mineral water. Close to shopping mall where there is a food court. No noise.

We requested twin beds but were declined. A bit more friendly service to accommodate our request would be good. Staff are not familiar with their arrangement with Booking.com.

The location was strategic and the breakfast was delicious

The furniture needs updating, there wasn’t any whole body mirror in the room

we like the evening Snack provided by the hotel.. We were happy to be able to watch Netflix in the room (using our own account) Of course the location is also the best!
