strategic hotel location, comfortable rooms, maximum service from all staff on duty

overall i like everything in this hotel, service, cleanliness, food, room, location... but I have something to complain about and I hope this gets the attention of the hotel management.. 1. Bidet Toilet that doesn't work optimally 2. The disposal of water in the Bathup also does not function optimally, so the water stagnates and is not wasted immediately 3. The electricity in the room is not optimal, so that the electronic devices that are being charged become hot hopefully these things get attention

Check in process was swift upon arrival and the room was spacious despite looking a little dated. The hotel is strategically located with direct access to Bandung Indah Plaza for shopping and dining.

The room we were assigned to was not ready when we arrived at the door; there was a maintenance person touching up the wall with paint and was surprised to see us already standing, ready to occupy the room. This was definitely not the kind of experience hotel guests would want to have first hand upon getting into the room.

Spacious room, great breakfast, bed was comfy, staffs are nice, pool also nice. Breakfast have plenty of choice, and taste good also. Location is in center of Bandung, next to shopping mall,

Terrible elevator!! You have to wait 10-20 minute just to get in the elevator, only two of three elevator is working, so waiting elevator for 10-20 min is total nonsense! Room is bit worn,especially in bathroom probably need a small refreshment, paint, light need to be improve, its a five stars hotel build 25-30 years ago, so a little touch up will be great

I love the ambience, the staff are all friendly, the proximity to shops, the food and the facilities.

During our stay, although the room looked clean from the outside, we found that the bed have bed bugs that cause skin itchiness overnight. I suggest the management to make sure the beds are bug free and thoroughly clean inside. During our stay as well we have problem with our room card keys which tend to be faulty every evening during the same period. Although this have been rectified daily by the counter staff but its very frustrating.

Politeness, good manners and sophisticated dealings are the hallmarks of hotel employees, and with their sophisticated performance, they add great value and a personal touch to the hotel. Quite spectacular when you first walk in It used to be the Hyatt many years ago Its now a 4 star hotel but still very nice Wonderful staff went above and beyond to help us with requests Room had a wonderful view and beds comfortable Its a bit dated as you can see would have been very grand in its day Good breakfast and very good location Would definitely stay again Value for money too

The superb breakfast ! lot of local food variety and taste delicious. The staff very kind and warm. Hotel location is prime, connected to Bandung Indah Plaza and 10 mins to Masjid Salman ITB for friday prayer.

The parking, sometime you need to walk a bit far if you don't get the parking nearby the entrance door in basement. Also the water boiler in both rooms we stayed are dirty, so can't make cofee or tea in the room.

We liked the location is near the mall and many nice restaurants. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The pillows were stained and horrible, the pillow cases was so old and it wasn’t white anymore and some of them had stained. The curtains got horrible stains as well. They need new pillows and pillow cases and cleaning all the things we mentioned.

Located in the city centre, just next to a shopping mall. Super friendly staffs. The room is spacious with good facilities & amenities. The bed is large and comfortable. Fabulous breakfast.

The lifts are very slow on Saturday morning. Some parts of the bathroom need better maintenance.

Friendly and helpful staff made our stay most pleasant and memorable. Our utmost and special thanks to Cynthia and the room service staff. Dinner at Swarga Loka, the garden restaurant and the buffet breakfast at Taruma Kafe were excellent. The hotel is also connected to a shopping centre, so it's very convenient.
