Holiday Inn Bandung Pasteur, an IHG Hotel

The staff bent over backward to make us comfortable. We upgraded to an executive king room, which was worth it. New and bigger than ordinary king room with a better mattress. A toppa was added. We stayed 7 nights, so it was definitely worth the move. The room was cleaned daily to a very high standard. The free breakfast was exceptional, and the menu for dinner had a good range of international and Asia cuisine. All the staff went out if their way to greet and to serve us. We felt very honored and enjoyed our stay at holiday inn. We would highly recommend staying at the holiday Inn in the executive wing.

In our original booking, we had booked King Twin single beds in the older wing. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, and springs were gone. The older building also had paint coming off in the bathroom, and sink plugs were not working properly. General wear and tear and a rip in one of the pillow cases.

Staff are exceptionally friendly and most knew tolerable English. Rooms are clean and spacious. Curtains block out light at night. Free parking, children eating free and the quiet of the hotel were wonderful.

Laundry service took forever. We had it in by 9 a.m. and both times didn't get it back until 10 p.m.!!!!! And then only after we called to check on where it was. We were never informed of the policy of children eating free and were confused about the prices.

Good location, close to tol entrance pasteur, it reduce time to get the freeway. And we have big room, more than enough space for moslem praying, with the room really clean, also have a soundproof window glass, make me feel nice and tranquily. And in one big bed, we have four pillows ... Woooowww ... We stay for one night only, and came very late night at 02:45 am, then check out at 11:45 pm, so, that's all that we can share ...

Check out time at 12:00 pm sharp, even I told them that I am part of IHG member ... They still not give us late check out time. Even I asking only 30 minutes.

The wifi connection is very weak and it is not accessible before 7am. please improve as it is very crucial for business traveller. the swimming pool cleanliness need to be improved, many white stains inside the water.

The indoor swimming pool cleanliness need to be improved. found many white dirts inside the water only toothbrush was provided need to call to get the remaining personal use items like razor and hair net

we were blessed with an upgraded room upon arrival which was perfect as we had planned to have a meeting in private with friends. the staff at breakfast really wanted to accommodate us for our needs.

a bit tricky in heavy traffic to access.

The daily breakfast buffet has a good spread of both local and international menu to satisfy the tsste buds of everyone. Food quality is good in terms of taste, freshness and display. Restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful.

Access to indoor pool is great. Room is clean and modern, breakfast is delicious.

Nothing important. I actually booked for family room (with double bed + single bed) but got assigned to family suite with free extra bed. The extra bed is off course smaller compared to std bed, and not as comfortable. But it's still acceptable, compensated by the hospitality we received during the stay.

Staff are friendly, food delicious. Specially restaurant chef is very polite
