Hotel Sunstar Heritage

My fourth visit to Sunstar Heritage, and it will absolutely not be my last. The rooms are clean and spacious, equipped with a tv, kettle, and a safe. The duvets are large and warm, and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is clean, and the shower has plenty of hot water. The area is quiet and feels safe, and the hotel is close to Karol Bagh metro station, and to the Karol Bagh market. The staff are polite and welcoming, and they are not trying to hustle or scam you like they do in many other places. Arriving at the Sunstar Heritage feels like coming home. Will highly recommend this hotel to all types of travellers, from solo travellers to families.

The staff is amazing, the receptionist was fabulous, room cleaners were very attentive. The in-house restaurant always amazed us with its delicious food.

The hotel really needs good maintenance, changing the broken wash basin, repair lights which are no longer working. Smelly air conditions should be repaired and not put air fresheners.

location was great.staff were excellent especially the manager.breakfast was too good. i had a wonderful stay at sunstar.rooms really big n clean,value for money.the hotel restaurant menu are just awesome.

Satisfied. Catering is very friendly. Very attentive. Persons in the reception is very.very cordial. That is the most important for attraction.

There is scope for the improvement for food. But whatever I needed they have tried very hard to provide it

Very friendly staff, clean and spacious room and good breakfast. It is quiet at night and the room has good AC. Shower also very good with warm water. We recommend this hotel! Namasté!

Nothing much.

My stay was pleasant and the service was great. The hotel is just a few mins walk to the main Karol Bagh Market. As the market is few mins away, the rooms are also quiet from the husle and busle of the market, thus helping people to get adequate rest and sleep in a quiet room.

Clean room..nice staff and always ready to help especially manoj and Ali who is always here whenever we need some help..comfy bed as well

Although we did not have Breakfast but Room Cleanliness was Good and Staff Behavior was very Good Location is also good and easily accessible
