I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Novotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service that set the tone for my entire stay. Nothing as such

It’s a good place to stay. very comfortable.

The staff there are not really paying attention when you say something or maybe it’s my bad at speaking English? but I don’t think so. First. Ms. Roshini charged my breakfast for 2 person each day even though it’s only me staying in the room. But that’s sorted. So it’s fine. and then when I need a cab to Lucknow City railway station. It was so nice of the staff to book Ola from their personal phone to my location. But I was very clear that I need to go to Lucknow City. Okay it was my bad not to double check. Somehow the ola driver took me to Lucknow Junction instead. Luckily I have a lot of time to spend. Otherwise I might miss my train. overall it’s a great place to stay! but please! pay attention to details. Be focused. That’s all I wanted to say!

Excellent food with reasonably good variation and most importantly the service rendered by restaurant personnel especially Mr Varun,Mr Sonam,Mr Pratip and Mr Deepak for their out of the way courtesy and care. Front desk staff of Ms Garima and Ms Pragya were equally efficient and well behaved. House keeping was very prompt and upto the mark. Me being a cancer survivor was looked upon very well by one and all. I thank them for their kind and large heartedness. God bless.

Insufficient light arrangment in the room makes room looks dull. The entrance lobby was full of mosquitoes.No arrangment for fly catchers or air curtains or double door system to check it. It was funny to see a staff deployed running around with mosquito trap racquet.Never seen such thing even in any lower star hotels. Management needs to look into for needful. Rest all was fine.

Here is what we liked most : 1.Each area of the hotel is very clean. They maintained proper hygiene. 2. Room was big,clean,well-equipped. 3. There are a lots of varieties in the buffet breakfast which we liked most. 4. The front desk lady (Ruchi) is very helpful and co-operative. Overall,our stay was very pleasant and comfortable.

There is nothing much, just a couple of things: 1.Food was very good but extremely over priced. 2.Room maintenance can be improved a little bit. We found broken dustbin, missing carpet,lamp and torch in our room. Also, the water flow was not proper from the shower.

Nothing much just a few starters in the restaurant were cold during buffet. However, the efforts of the restaurant staff and chef was commendable. They were prompt in serving hot food.

Nice comfortable big room, tasty food, a lot of choice, breakfast was excellent, reception counter needs improvement.

At the time of checkout, I paid in cash. They issued me a receipt, which was not showing the total amount I paid. When I pointed out they showed me the receipt which was split in basic room rent, gst etc. when I requested a receipt of consolidated amount they showed their inability , however he promised to send it on my email a fresh receipt with consolidated amount within half hour. I am still waiting.

I liked the room and the location. Beds are very comfortable. However, Booking.com customer service socks. Properties never received my messages sent through Booking.com.

I didn't like the customer service much. We asked for the menu which we never received. Room card would get deactivated whenever we would pass through metal detector and they never informed us about it.

Brakefast and dinner was excellent . Gym and swimming pool was good. .The ambiance of the terrace with small lounge bar and seating area with city view is classy. The staff is very cooperative. I will definitely came here if ever I travel to luknow. I would say that the mattress was more comfortable .

I loved the location of my room, and the view was great too! I loved that it wasn't a heavily populated area, so it was quiet most of the time. The bed was super cosy and my favourite part was that the staff was very polite and respectful.

The location was great but there was a bit too much noise from the corridors! I understand it was new years eve, so people were filing in and out so it's okay! (but I think the doors are a bit too thin to block out the noise) Other than that, everything was great and the staff were super nice.

Bathroom size was a little and moreover bathtub was not there to relax On my second day I thought to take my family to terrace n do some photography, but we were not allowed, this was not expected with any sort of reasoning by staff, as I too booked for fun, leisure and relaxing the ambience at roof top, if engagement party was prebooked then I would have been informed so that I would have booked another property.
