Hyatt Centric Candolim Goa

The location is great, approx. 10 mins walk to the beach with many local restaurants and shops in the area. The food at the hotel was also great along with the service. Lots of veggie food options as you would expect in India. The staff were amazing! The pool and games room staff were particularly friendly/helpful. In the restaurant Lav took great care of us. The house keeping staff were also very friendly and would often stop to check if we needed anything else in our rooms. The hotel also has a cricket net, pool table, table tennis which was great fun. I look forward to coming back with my children in the future. Rooms were also good in size, modern, clean and comfortable.

Pool area doesn't get a lot of sun so not ideal for those wanting to soak in the sun. cost of a tea I thought was a bit much.

Service in the restaurant wasn’t great. Lots of people standing around but no one came up and asked if we wanted a drink or handed us the menu QR code. This was at almost every meal. We weren’t told there was a buffet every night. And we’re ordering off the in room dining menu. The main manager/bartender was good and apologised and even offered for us to have the buffet after our pizza but we were too full. There was no knives or butter on any table to use during breakfast. And by the time they got us knives the toast was cold. Should be some at every table since the menu includes toast and pancakes and waffles. Overall good food and a good stay but service could be better.

Very nice location . Staff was very helpful and courteous . Pool view was a great choice . It has plenty of restaurants , shops and services nearby.

Though staff was very helpful, bit at some occasions it appeared they lacked training . Like at check out , when reception staff gave me card charge machine to put my PIN , my PIN was visible on typing exposed . Then she told me it was a mistake as she was supposed to put her authorization code , not card PIN at this stage . Also I am a Hyatt dining member which entitles me to food discount. Restaurant staff took 15 minutes to figure out on how to put discount on invoice. It’s not a beach property, Candolim beach it quite a walk from hotel .

The restaurant staffs were extremely courteous and helpful. One advantage of staying on the ground floor was quick access to the pool and health club. the Candolim beach is just 1.5 KMs away. We enjoyed a night walk to the beach and the beach was buzzing with music, and had a festive feel till the wee hours.

We had booked the room for four of us (a family with two children) The room was too small to accommodate 4 people. Finally one of us could not travel, so only three of us stayed there. For three it was ok. We were staying on the ground floor and the room had a poor view and privacy issues if curtains were kept open, especially with lights in the room, so we had to always keep the glass window covered with curtains. They made us wait a little over 30 minutes in the restaurant for our room to be ready, despite prior information that we would be checking in between 03:00 -03:30. Room had a flat TV but it wasn't a smart TV, so couldn't connect internet to access Netflix or other OTT, YouTube etc. They had TataPlay with limited channels.

excellent Breakfast menu and also same way in Taste. , Pool was very cleaned while using. Room appearance was also nice. Mr.Darshan Madlani & Ms.Ashtha - amazing in hospitalities , very cooperative and so much calm, so half of your unsatisfactory motion will be vanished. Mr.Debashish - Kitchen Manager - he is great in his area, food was so much tasty, presentation up to mark., good in seating arrangement guts so avoid crowded kiosk. all kitchen staff was on toes to serve you better whole time. in nut shell overall experience was amazing & incredible. love to stay often, instead of try anyone else property.

not found such anything, everything has up to mark. could not seen anything improper things. property itself said no's of good things so you cannot unsatisfied yourself.

Breakfast experience was awesome throughout the stay. Swimming Pool and other facilities like carroms, table tennis, pool table, etc. were also very good to explore. My kids loved the stay and that makes me very happy. Your staff is very courteous and pleasant to interact to. It was very endearing to see that they were very proactive most of the time.

Our experience while we are in the room could have been a little better but it does not mean it was bad.

Our room was super clean and courteous staff in all areas was the best part. The room had a sofa cum bed which was nice for 2 kids. The house keeping team head by Aman did an excellent job. There was lot of activities for kids and a large play area. The whole process from check in to check out was very comfortable. The breakfast menu had everything which you can ask for and the food was really good. I would recommend Hyatt Centric to any family travelling to North Goa.

The Pool was always crowded and for a property like Hyatt with lots of rooms its better to have a bigger swimming pool.

The property is really well maintained and true to its Global brand name. Travelling with small kids on a leisure trip is always a challenge but the staff really helped us to stay on the course of our vacation. A Special Shout out for the housekeeping staff Akshay& Abhishek who went the extra mile to keep our room tidy and clean and their special craft with Towels really made our kids happy. Sejal the from restaurant services is a real warm and kind human being who is always smiling and helpful inspite of being tired from a long day and Amit from baggage section a cheerful personality and mini guide for us.. Thanks Hyatt and all of its staff from doorman to general cleaning guys who stays invisible but are the most important cogs in the week of the hospitality industry..

Everything from the delicious Litchi drink at welcome (which my 7 year old loved), to the comfortable room, to the rooms together with my family and the activities for kids next to the pool were all very good. The buffet was very good with a lot of options but was overcrowded(hotel was jam packed), irrespective at whatever time you go for breakfast. The rooms were comfortable but the Wifi was a little problematic at times, as the reception is not very good Do try the restaurant Delhi Darbar, which is literally next door and has AMAZING Food , great location!!

I am not sure if its just us but there is something particular about the Jacuzzi next to the pool - I think they should get the 2nd step checked as it has something sharp(may be the stone is sharp or the edgy corner) but for the 3 days i was in , I got gash due to in on my right shin. Would be good to get it checked.

good for family with kids (upto 8yr old) not recommended for young couple, my kid like the activity area. Location in good on main candolim road 10-15 min walk to candolim beach. welcome drink ( Beer), smooth Check-in check-out process.

swimming pool is meant for kids only (very small size with less than 4ft depth); breakfast Non veg items are same for three days no verity. Even though booked through Booking.com with credit card detail hotel called to deposit one day tariff through bank transfer to confirm booking failing which they cancel my booking.
