City Center Hotel

City Center had the PERFECT location. It was an easy 20 minute walk to the Old Town and the tour buses picked up right outside. Plus it was less than 5 minutes to the beach. Lots of restaurants around as well. The location definitely made up for any imperfections! The free breakfast was buffet-style with a decent amount of options and the staff was quite friendly as well.

The lobby and common areas look very updated and chic but I found the bedroom to be lacking. The stool they provide for the desk is too short to sit comfortably at the desk and the shower wasn't super clean. I also noticed that the pad they put on the bed to make it softer was full of stains and other people's hair which was kind of gross. Other than those issues, the room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice little balcony overlooking the street.

Room was quite large, toilet as well was large and overall the stay was quite comfortable. The bed was of a good size and soft and the air-conditioning was working fine. In the room we had not one but 2 balconies, one quite large with 2 chairs and a table. The hotel is well located, outside of the historical centre, common areas are good and the breakfast provided a good choice of salty and sweet, coffee machine at the breakfast area was below my expectation but the coffee provided at the bar was good

Nothing much, there are few things to improve. The hotel is missing a little of Greek experience overall, maybe is something missing of these family hotels that make you feel at home. The Wi-Fi signal at the 4th floor was really poor, for a decent signal we had to go down at the reception area. The bathtub size is quite small when used as shower. The area can be noisy at night, the location is not the best for restaurants and activities in October, i has the feeling that restaurants even if good in the area were kind of empty and with no life. The cleaning schedule is kind of weird, sometimes we had cleaning ladies coming at 1PM, other times at 3PM, once at 9.30AM, not very consistent and was difficult to understand when we could return without creating issues.

Very well located within walking distance of the beach, attractions, restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, clean and had a small fridge, TV, AC, table and closet. The beds were very comfy. The staff at the hotel was very nice and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is excellent, highly recommend it. Overall good value for money, would stay again.

Minor detail after all, but the toilet was flooded every time I took a shower because the curtain was too short, letting water out.

Excellent . Reception staff,friendly and helpful as was the lady running the restruant and even the cleaners .10 out of 10 for all of them.We stayed in room 406 which was a forth floor corner room with wrap around good size balcony and partial sea veiws . Brekfast was also very good with multi choice of cooked eggs , bacon etc all freshly cooked Continental with cheeses and meats with choices of various bread also fruit. Overall we could not fault this stay.Room very clean and cleaned daily This hotel was well situated 50 meters to beach and 10 min walk to old town and bus depot

Nothing we did not like but stayed end of March 2023 so out of season. Poss some road noise but nothing that bothered us

Friendly, helpful staff. Receptionist were perfect, we felt welcomed. Especially thanks reception lady who worked 08.09 evening, she was always with smile. The room was with a sea view, which was amazing. Centre/beach/station is close

Very loudly from the street. There is a busy bar in front of the hotel, so you can hear until 1 am-3am at night (even with closed window). Breakfast. Too small wc/bathroom place.

Nice helpful staff, smooth check-in procedure, the room had everything I needed (inc. an electric kettle and a small fridge), working AC, a balcony with 2 chairs. The room faced the courtyard, which is not much nice by itself, but the positive thing was that there was not so much noise from the busy street. 4 to 5 minutes´ walk to the nearest beaches, 10 minutes to the Old Town. Very good breakfast with lots of choices.

The bath was a bit old-fashioned, but together with the shower worked properly. Otherwise nothing I can think of.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. All the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. My room was a really good size with a small balcony. I did have a noise issue with my original room but it was resolved quickly and efficiently by the staff so no complaints there. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a fantastic choice of food and all really tasty. Location was great for exploring Rhodes Old Town and to get to port for ferries. All in all a very good hotel that offered great value for money

Just my personal opinion I found the beds a bit hard for my liking and the shower although hot and powerful was a bit cumbersome to use located as it was over the middle of the bath but neither of these things would stop me from staying again

the hotel is close to all the attractions and to the bus station ( in this case a 10 minutes walking distance) for trips outside Rhodes or for the airport. My room was spacious, sparkling clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had the breakfast included and I cannot but recommend it! Tasty and with a good choice between sweet and salty. The staff is amazing and always helpful. Each floor has a “book point” if you like reading.

We are travel professionals (tour operators) and have visited and/or stayed in literally hundreds of hotels during the course of our work. Our experience here was exceptional. We were forced into an overnight in Rhodes due to lost baggage issues at the airport. We were desperate for a hotel for the night and getting nervous as Rhodes was full/all hotels sold out. Amazingly we scored the last room here on Bookings.com. Our expectations for this 3* hotel were low but on arrival we were pleased with the mellow vibe and laid back lobby. Our room was great with the best bed we’ve ever had in Greece. But what really made this a notable stay was the gracious and professional help from front desk staff member Eva. She was helpful above and beyond. So do we recommend? Keeping in mind it’s a simple 3* property, YES, we would definitely recommend. And return. A fantastic location as well.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and understanding. The room was clean and the breakfast was lovely. Last but not least the location is great.
