Great location right next to Ferry Terminal / Port. We were in room #123 and our balcony overlooked the Port. It had twin beds, good sized bathroom and a large shower. Wi-Fi was patchy in the room. Good onsite restaurant with 15% discount on food for both lunch and dinner ( breakfast was already included in the booking price). The price for our one night stay seemed a bit expensive, but when you factor in it is a four star hotel, includes breakfast for two, free transfer to and from the airport, the “package price” is very good.

It was clean, comfortable. I like that they store bags for a fee if you don’t want to travel to other places with all your luggage.

I didn’t like the food in their restaurant. We ordered a club house and the chicken was greasy and the cream cheese was sour. When we told the waiter he took it away but still chatted us. Also we wanted extra coffee in our room and front desk was not accommodating to getting us a couple extra coffees. We also found the property far out from the city of Athens. 46 euros each way to go to Athens city.

We were picked up by the shuttle in a reasonable amount of time. We needed help from the front desk organizing a ride to the cruise terminal. That went well.

We ate at the hotel. There was a bottle of water on our table. The waiter asked if we wanted water…we said sure. He poured us each a glass (4 of us). The bottle was empty. The waiter asked if we wanted more water we said sure. He came back with a bottle of water and poured it again. We were charged $5 euros per bottle so $10 euros total for the water. We thought it was complimentary. We should have been told we were paying for the water. In the USA, water is served to everyone free of charge.

We stayed here after arriving on a late evening flight from the UK to Athens, as we were getting a ferry the following day from Rafina. The hotel was absolutely perfect for what we wanted - I would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. The staff at this hotel were superb… upon leaving the hotel, and whilst sat on the ferry to our holiday destination, I realised I had left my earrings on the bedside table. I phoned the hotel and they were so helpful, saying they would go to the room and locate and keep them for me until we passed through Rafina (2 weeks later!) to head home. The earrings had no real monetary value but huge sentimental value - I cannot thank the lady on reception and housekeeping enough. We returned 2 weeks later, collected the earrings and had a lovely drink in the hotel bar area whilst we waited for a taxi pick up.

Nothing - nothing more could be done to improve our stay or experience of the hotel and staff.

Gorgeous rooms, beautiful waterfront restaurant, and great location. There was a free shuttle to and from the airport, which was so helpful.

The staff was not friendly at all. No greetings from the front desk when you enter or exit, nor any eye contact or even a simple smile. An elderly couple ahead of us asked if they could have help bringing their luggage upstairs, and the front desk lady said a blunt “no” . The waitstaff at the restaurant ignited us, so we left and ate at a nearby restaurant. There were no beach towels anywhere, so we had to use our room towel (which was thin, small and pretty cheap) then got reprimanded by the front desk staff when he realized we had taken his towel out to the beach. We were so shook up about be berated, that we hurried up to our room and hand washed our towels in the shower.

Location is ideal for anyone traveling to or from islands. Hotel was very clean, smart and comfortable. Lovely cots for toddlers much nicer than many hotels would offer. Airport transfer is a nice service, very convenient. Air con worked very well and view was super.

Breakfast variety was good but some things a little patchy in quality (pastries weren't good on day I visited) but more than enough there to be well fed. Shower room was big and I think made for wheelchair access but the whole room flooded because of slant on the floor. But these are small gripes I would definitely stay again in similar circumstances but perhaps not for a holiday.

The location was terrific and the rooms had high ceilings a wonderful bed and bathroom with a lovely balcony with glass railing overlooking the beach. The hotel has a very cool design. The staff were great. Breakfast was well done and while our stay was just one night it was a pleasant surprise since we flew early evening but got to the hotel in a half hour. Well worth the drive if flying/out of Athens.

We got lucky with a parking space in the small lot, but it wouldn't have been a problem as I'm sure there were spaces near the hotel. There were no shortcomings as far as the downside is concerned.

The location was simply perfect. I had taken a ferry to the Rafina port but didn't have a flight out of the Athens airport so I needed a place to stay the night. This place was perfect as I just walked a few minutes from the port to the hotel. I got a seaview room and it was worth every penny. The view was amazing. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Overall a lovely room. The free shuttle to the airport was on time and went off without a hitch.

The reception staff were quite unfriendly. I dealt with two different people at the reception and they were equally unfriendly. Service without a smile is what I would classify it as. They were kurt, seemed annoyed by questions, and even though I was the only one at reception twice that seemed bothered to talk to their customers. It was really the only thing about this hotel that wasn't great. The man driving the shuttle was lovely and courteous though.

Room was great. We got a bigger room that the one that we booked and with sea views. The free airport shuttle and the 24/7 reception were the main reasons why I choose this hotel. We payed around 110 euros for one night and considering that any trip to or from the airport costs 45 euros each way, it made it a great deal. Both the driver and the receptionist were very nice; like all the other Greeks that we interacted with in this trip.

A bit far from the airport.We arrived late in the night and left very early so we got to the hotel in a blast; but traffic could be troublesome at other time of the day. We had a bunch of mosquitos in our room, mostly bad luck, not to blame on the hotel.
