Best Western Premier Hotel Rebstock

I love a great lobby lounge area in a hotel and this is one is certainly nice, a bit unusual in design and certainly comfortable. The rooms are spacious and also comfortable, good size bathroom with separate bath and shower and the toilet has a half wall dividing it from the rest of the bathroom which is nice. There was even a walk in wardrobe with it's own light. The couch was a good size as was the desk. I even received a small bottle of local wine as a welcome gift, not just a bottle of water - which was a thoughtful touch. Some items are slightly dated, but most is newer and everything feels hygenically clean which is important during times of covid. A really lovely experience.

I had to google how to use the coffee/tea maker in the room as it was one I had not seen or used before :-D

Friendly staff, excellent cleanliness and facility maintenance. Very comfortable bed. Pleasantly surprised by quality of the breakfast buffet. Will return.

Lack of available parking. Hotel parking was full despite having reservations. Had to park on the street a block away. We then left for dinner. Upon returning from dinner I had to park six (6) city blocks away after driving around 30 minutes since I couldn’t find parking close to the hotel.

I had a room in the other building, not the building where the reception and restaurant is. (Both buildings are connected by an underground tunnel.) It was still very nice and roomy with floor to ceiling windows and full length mirror; lots of natural sunlight. I loved little touches such as the warm milk and honey they offer if you're having trouble falling asleep. They provided bottles of water when I asked for them but you'll need to pay for the drinks in the mini fridge.

My room was in annex - new, spacious and comfortable. Location is good, breakfast - wide choice and tasty.

Could not process credit card through hotel system, because it did not work, but terminal was not accepted by my credit card issuing bank, because of security concerns. Bank states, that hotel should follow PSD2 rules.

The check in process was fast and easy. The staff greeting was nice and exceptional. Leeloo was amazing. She help me with finding restaurants, adding an additional day to my stay and currency exchange location. Her english was exceptional and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The water downstairs in the greeting area was nice feature.

The bathroom was too small for a very tall person like myself.

The room was very, very nice and in general the hotel is kept in superb condition. The breakfast buffet had every meal you could want. The restaurant was opened for lunch and dinner. The service was very good. The restaurant has 1 Michelin star. There is a laundromat 2 blocks away.

We liked everyting about this hotel.

I liked there was was parking and a delicious breakfast. the room was nice and the staff were excellent. we arrived very late, after midnight and the staff made sure we got parked okay and found our room in the building next door. The shower is amazing. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

I’m not a fan of the split king size beds with separate bedding and we didn’t like the pillows.

Great location. Very clean. Helpful staff. Nice to have a refrigerator. Beautiful bathroom with separate large shower and bath. Nice desk area.

The couch was uncomfortable. The chair was a little better but still not comfortable. The cocktail table was small.

The staff was excellent, I left our passports and money in the room safe and called after we checked out to ask about it. They checked and retrieved my property and it was waiting for me when I came back an hour later. They were very helpful, to say the least.

Great location, large room, clean, plugs on both sides of the bed, refrigerator and coffeemaker, great A/C, parking on site in garage (also for bicycles).

Shower seemed very slippery, and drain was a little slow.
