Holiday Inn Express Stuttgart-Waiblingen, an IHG Hotel

Staff was very sweet and informative, felt very welcome and cared for. No long waiting times; even though the hotel was fully booked everything was done very efficiently - hat's off! Breakfast was good. Great location: parking garage, bakery and super market just meters away. Walking distance from the Bürgerzentrum. The way there is a lovely walk through a park.

Room could have been a little bit cleaner. I don't think the carpet was vaccuumed (either before or during my stay). The hotel (or at least the room I was in) is a bit noisy, so I recommend bringing ear plugs.

Lovely staff, lovely room with good shower, climatized, big lobby with bar, free breakfast, very central location. Generally worth a visit when needed in the area! No problems to get food and drinks nearby, as well.

Short-staffed sometimes, so 24 hour bar isn't guaranteed. Sadly due to a mishap none of the bar food was available. Parking in the area outside of the weekend can be a nightmare. Mattresses were not on the same high standard as everything else.

This was my first time staying at a Holiday Inn hotel, and it certainly met my expectations. The location was great, close to the S-Bahn station (either by bus, or a short hike). The room was very clean and comfy. Breakfast was exceptional, really tasty!

I'm not sure if there was anything negative, the price was very good for the facilities offered, so it was good value. Somebody might want spa or a pool, however I wasn't interested in that. It was rainy during the time I was there, however nothing that the hotel could do about that :)

Location is very good with several shops/supermarkets near by. Room is spacious and very quiet. Hotel is very clean.

They cleaned the room and took the dirty towel and floor mat but didn't give new ones.

Location is perfect. Close to the old city center, shops and restaurants nearby.

Showerhead had broken buttons, the temperature dial on the shower was loose.
