Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and windows blocked out street noise pretty well (ear plugs were provided though). Breakfast was good - could even drink the coffee without sugar! It's a few minutes walk from the main station and trams as well as the river and fisherman's quarter.

Could have given two pillows for the bed. But I guess I could also have asked :-/

very pleasant terrace for eating and drinking, including breakfast with birdsong accompaniment. nice breakfast. room and bathroom clean and well equipped. located very near hauptbahnhof and also close to the Munster, the old town and the river which is a beautiful place to spend a summer evening staff are very courteous and friendly and helpful.

front rooms are very noisy. they do supply earplugs but it would have been nice to have been warned on booking.

Staff: from the receptionist to the waiter, everyone was very friendly and helpful. They create a very homey atmosphere. Breakfast: better than expected! There's something for everyone and very nicely presented. Room: simple but clean Location: everything is reachable by foot.

Location: due to the train track near by, it is noisy also at night. But they provide Ohropax

Breakfast was good and well laid out, location was fine and the room had all we needed. Bed was comfy. You can wander into the old town and there are many restaurants to choose from. There is an elevator to bring you to the higher levels which is comfy if you have suitcases to carry.

The car park was in a side street in a sort of garage and was 9 euros which we found rather expensive.

Room was very clean and furnished in a fairly basic style. We opted to buy breakfast and there was a good choice of meats, fruit, etc. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Ulm is very beautiful and it was lovely to be able to walk to the centre in a couple of minutes. Parking in garage useful.

Quite noisy at night - but earplugs were provided!

Friendly, welcoming staff. We were lucky to get a parking space right at the front. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

The noisy railway, but that was mentioned and they supplied earplugs. We had booked 3 double rooms, but got given 2 doubles and one single. Not worth making a fuss over at the reception, but it was not correct.

Easy to get to from the station and close to both the river and the minster. Staff were exceptionally hospitable. The shower was powerful and hot. Breakfasts were good with Greek home made cakes. A family hotel with a big heart!

I really didn’t like the pillows but that could be just my view. I would have preferred something a bit more pillow like…the ones provided felt like they were filled with marshmallow!

The position is perfect, you can reach the center of Ulm in a 10 minutes walk. The staff has been very kind and welcoming. Parking near the hotel was free and so useful for the luggages.

The room was quite small but cozy overall. The bathroom didn’t have any windows and the ventilating system seemed quite slow.

The customer service on arrival was beyond what I expected! The staff member who checked us in was incredibly polite and attentive. The service was on par with an exclusive expensive hotel! Location and parking also good.

No air-conditioner or fan in bedrooms.

Location was great - 5 minutes to walk to Hauptbahnhoff and a few minutes to old town. Breakfast on the terrace was nice. Staff was very helpful and very kind. comfortable bed and clean.

The room needs a comfortable chair.
