Best Western Victor's Residenz-Hotel Rodenhof

Great location. Pool and sauna lovely. Breakfast great. Room spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Garage Parking was available. The staff in the restaurant were very professional. The reception day manager spoke English and was very professional and helpful.

Housekeeping around Christmas holidays was minimal but understandable.

For a Best Western... it's pretty amazing. I'm from the U.S. and this is a very different beast. Fantastic breakfast, Spa and pool, very friendly & helpful staff, the list goes on. Oh right.... there's a mini bar as well.

There's very little to complain about and to me, the place could stand a bit of updating but honestly, it's a great place to stay. If I ever make it back to that part of the world, I'd happily stay there again.

Nice pool, very helpful and friendly stuff. Parking also for E-Bikes with own locked room no problem (8 Euro per night for the car).

Sauna little old and it would be nice to have a bigger relax area outside, not just a mini-spot with 2 chairs. Overall ok as not too many people used it on that day. Breakfast is ok for the price (10 Euro per person), but you can tell the shortage of personal. They hardly have the chance to ensure enough clean tables available for new guests and buffet refilled. Anyhow, stuff very friendly so for us no problem at all.

Big room with free baby bed. Location is good. Very easy to park. Free simple fast tea and coffee were available.

Facility is old. Bed was too soft. The given room was facing to the sun, summer was extremely high, there was no conditioner. Pool was unlikely not available, that was our purpose why we came to this hotel.

Easy registration to room Receptionist was friendly Room was a nice size.

Bed was too small and not made up when I arrived. The duvet was folded on the bed and I had to make it myself! The shower was very small as was the bathroom.

Stayed there before and it’s comfortable, convenient and the staff are excellent! Breakfast was really good!

It was very stuffy in the rooms as there is no air conditioning and the weather was hot

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was big enough for our baby to crawl around, his baby bed was prepared on arrival. the room could need renovation, but i guess that will happen soon. The brakfast was great, there was enough to choose from, the price was great.

We asked for a quiet room, but i think our room was next to a cleaning storage room, and it was quite noisy when the cleaning staff shut the door down :(

they gave us a free upgrade to a bilevel sweet!! I originally booked this hotel because it had a sauna and pool. everything was so comfortable and the staff were so friendly!

Very one was kind, helpful, and wonderful. Verything was clean and smelled good. The pool and sauna are great.

The only thing was that the spa was closed. That is one of the reasons I picked the hotel. I wanted to relax at the spa and swim.

I thought that the room was very nicely decorated! Everything was very comfortable and clean. The staff was super friendly.

The only think I did not like so much, was the shower was in a difficult position in the bathroom, and it was hard to get into it when you are not super skinny.
