GINN City and Lounge Ravensburg

The location of the hotel - which was right near the historic city center. The rooms were very modern and clean and spacious (by European Standards). It also had a refrigerator - which is rare in Europe. The fee for the ease of parking was money well spent retrospectively; versus hunting for parking offsite. Also the staff were fantastic and multi-lingual; specifically: Jessi, Sophia and the housekeeping staff (Gal from Romania whose name escapes me).

Would like to have an in-room microwave for longer term stays like ours. The parking garage is cramped by American standards; but "par for the course: in Europe and Australia. Also note that if the underground parking is full; you can park above ground in the area for "Ginn City Parking" - behind the line that says "Parken Verboten". Which wasn't clear to me at first.

central to the city , restaurants great ,shops train stations and buses. It serves the purpose for a few days out and about around the beautiful area . Friendly and helpful staff . basic but everything is clean and funktional .

No service for breakfast ,no toaster,just two choices of eggs for breakfast boiled or hard long standing scrambled . Breakfast was sufficient nevertheless. the lounge bar was closed but it was possible to get a drink from the drinks cabinet and pay at the reception.

Really quiet, despite being next to the station. Even with the window open we didn't hear the trains. It was immaculately clean and very warm...we had temperatures of -9C while we were there! The breakfast was excellent...an amazing choice and beautifully fresh. The staff were delightful. Very friendly and helpful. Less than 10 min walk to Marienplatz and the shops.Perfect!

I failed to notice the daily charge for parking so that was a slight surprise at 15 euros a day. It isn't immediately obvious on the Booking.com site but it is there. However, it was extremely convenient to be able to use the hotel carpark especially in the extreme weather conditions. The spaces are tight and often other guests parked badly and selfishly which was a shame as it made it more difficult to park.

Ginn City and Lounge Ravensburg it is by far the best hotel we have stayed this time in germany! Everything perfect, organized and clean. An exceptional breakfast and an incredible human welcome. It is the first time that in addition to scoring I decided to write because it surprised me. Congratulations to everyone involved in the process of establishing the Ginn network. I look forward to meeting you in more countries.

Excellent location: Right next to main station, but also easy to reach by car and with proper parking space. The picturesque center of Ravensburg is within walking distance (but the hotel is not within this historic center). The whole hotel is very new, and thus everything is rather modern. Room was good and spacious, including bed. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly.

Buffet in breakfast room sometimes was a bit crowded.

It was a really nice new hotel , with really friendly personel. Had a superb bartender who served a personalised cocktail to my taste. A great breakfast with again everything you need

Tidy room, close to downtown. Breakfast buffet has wide variety.

Parking lot not available. I booked this hotel because it listed a parking lot. The staff then told me that there was no parking at their hotel. Luckily, I could park at train station.

Excellent value, clean room with nice modern decor and great facilities.

I was too hot in bed and the aircon wasn’t working. I tried opening the window but I had to close it as there was quite a bit of noise due to people taking outside the station early in the morning. There was quite a lot of noise early in the morning in the hotel itself, I suspect from rooms being cleaned.

The hotel is very nice and cozy, clean and in the city center, almost everything is nearby, I would love to come back again and would definitely choose the same hotel, I also recommend it to the tourists visiting the city.

It is nice and high tech, but I believe it would be difficult for the oldest people to enter the code at night after a long journey

The location is very convenient. The staff was very nice. The hotel rooms inside seem quite modern and new.

It was just a little bit difficult to find the underground garage for the first time. Also a big truck has blocked the entrance of the garage once.
