Rammersweier Hof

We slept well. The bathroom was completely renovated. We got a nice parking space for our car. The staff was extremely friendly.

Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was closed and also all nearby local restaurants were equally closed the day we came (a Monday at the end of the vacation period). As a last resort, we had to drive to McDonald's. There was a bit a funny smell from the canalization, also on the street; this seems to be a problem unrelated to the hotel itself.

Great and friendly staff, especially the young staff. We had one room for four and the room was pretty spacious if you keep the price of the room in mind. We also had a balcony with an amazing view with an overlook of the mountains and the houses. Once again, the food was great but salty. The area is really peaceful, no cars, no noise, like the other reviews said.

There are no air conditioners in the rooms, so in the summer it's going to be pretty hot and sweaty, even in the night when you're going to sleep. Also for some reason the trash bin had no plastic bag for our waste, but that is a minor issue if you don't use bags for your waste. The food was delicious but overly salty. You needed some bread or fries with it to really enjoy it. The pillows and mattresses were too soft but that is my personal preference. At last, in my opinion there aren't really much entertainment options within the area. The closest place would be Offenburg center or Strasbourg.

The property is nice, the room clean. The free parking in front of the hotel is a bonus. The location is not very near the centre, but still ok.

Maybe we expected a little more help from the staff (we asked about a train ride to Strassbourg and where to leave our car in Offenburg, but we got very vague answers).

The room was quite nice, everything was in order with a nice bathroom. The view out the window was a parking lot, but other than that everything was just what we needed to spend one night on a stop-over plus it had a comfortable bed. It was about half an hour walk to the city center.

The prices of the restaurant seemed quite high compared to the room prices. The food was okay.

Very good value for the price. Well equipped and big enough room (although some renovation could be needed in the near future), good restaurant, good and cheap breakfast. We also liked the quietness of the residential neighborhood.

Some of the hosts did not speak English, but really this is a minor remark.

Best value for money, hotel is very clean and maintained. Free parking was a plus and breakfast was also good. We stayed during our visit to Strasbourg & Colmar so was fine for us location wise. I would definitely recommend staying if you are visiting this region.

Friendly staff, quiet location, comfy bed, clean room good breakfast and sitting area & dog friendly. It´s in a recidencial area and close to the freeway. Posibility to eat at the restaurant in the Hof.

Bathroom a bit tired but clean.

Rooms were clean with very comfortable beds, Wc and shower were small but functional, it had a shared balcony,towels included. Buffet breakfast was with lots of variety. Check-in late was through a Pin box but easy.

Very friendly staff. The room was large and clean. Breakfast was simply but tasty.

The temperature in the room was little bit cold.
