First of all, it has perfect location to move between city central. Near the hotel, STR 23 is running from Freiheit U bahnhof to Scwabing Nord, which means you now get access option with 3 stations (Freiheit, Nordfriedhof, and Alte Heide) Second, the employees are passionate and friendly. They trying their best as you satisfy with infos.

Not happened me to directly, but the room cleaning wasn't performed although my colleague told to reception. However, the receptionist did well response. They prepared next room from original, and grant us to access both rooms.

The location was pretty fine, neighbourhood was nice. If you want you can get yourself to the centre easily. The hotel was clean. Staff was great and they helped us with every situation. Check-in and check-out was really fast.

Parking was a little bit problem. Underground garage for almost 20 euros per day is not a fair price but you can park on the street. It was my first experience with IBIS and the room was smaller than it looks. Few nights are fine but for longer vacation I would choose a bigger room.

The hotel is at a quite location, surrounded with some green environment and a lot of big companies are nearby. The lady at the reception was very helpful. The room was clean.

There was no power outlet at the sides of the bed. The toilet was really small and looked like the whole cabin was installed afterwards, not during the construction of the building.

Clean, comfortable room with air conditioning on the ground floor, hotel is in a quiet, peaceful area, quite close to the Englischer Garten park and great value for money. Parking around the hotel may seem problematic, you have try hard to find a free space in a public parking spaces, but it's possible ;)

The air conditioning in the room was a great advantage, however when it wasn't working, with the window closed, the room was getting very airless, stuffy.

Very good value for money. Clean and practical, friendly people, quiet area with mix of modern offices and new residencial area. The room was big enough for two people. The bed was hard but comfortable. Bad room was like a very large autocaravan bad room, but very practical and clean with large enough shower - had never been in such kind of bad room before but was a fairly good experience.

There was nothing to disliked. It is a budget hotel, but clean, comfortable and friendly people.

good price in line with standard. The hotel is better than budget but still not the normal one. helpful stuff at the place. near to shops. Please remember it is rather business area, you have to use public transport to get to the centrum.

I had no Feedback for my masseges by booking regarding parking place. finally we managed to park the car, but i lt was not so easy (if you don’t want extra pay for garage place).

The breakfast menu could be modified to cater for more greens (no leafy greens like lettuce or rucola were provided) Also some Indian food items LIKE VADA, IDLI with CHUTNEY could be provided. The room appeared to be a bit small for two people

ibis are always good and I was again very pleased by the quality of the equipment and the kind staff! The room was clean and enough spacious. I really enjoyed my stay.

Doors are heavy and do lot of noise if people do not stop them before closing. Might be good to make a system to slow them down.

Conveniently located, good accomodation and nice bed. Cozy and small but big enough.

Staff were rude to us
