The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. The shower was big enough and with plenty of hot water. I really liked that the soap and shampoo were refillable in bottles mounted on the wall, not to waste every time plastic. The breakfast had pretty much something for every taste. The location is good close to wherever you are headed. Right next there is a tram stop which is convenient. There is a big market REWE right in the building which is really helpful but there was no information about that in the hotel. The room has a passcode which also opens the elevator in the late hours. No checkout needed when you leave.

Could be left in the room glasses for drinking water from. A bigger bin to fit used bottles for example. Probably if possible to fit a mini fridge. For smoking you have to go outside the building which is not a problem, but there is nowhere to throw away your trash and lots of people throw it on the floor. It had just a tiny ashtray mounted on the wall. Could use something bigger.

The personnel was very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean and had air conditioners that allow the rooms to stay cool even when it's extremely hot outside. The check in process was quick and easy. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and that a grocery store was in the same building as the hotel. It's good that you can park your car under the building in the parking area and not worry that something can happen to the vehicle (parking was 12.50 eur per day). There are also some good restaurants near by. We visited with our dog and we all enjoyed the stay.

The breakfast area is quite small so it can be a bit difficult to find a place to sit if it's crowded. There aren't a lot of options near by for walking the dog.

I was very surprised how efficient and cleaver was the hotel made. Small, clean and comfy rooms and bath. Breakfast was one of the best I had in such economic hotel. Good choice of food and drinks. And what I have loved the most is that we did not have to fill in manually the guest names. they have had all prepopulated and we just signed it. well done

The entrance and the reception was a litle bit strange to find. And I was missing some basic equipment in the room like napkins. But othe than nothing big. But we had only one night stay therefore we might have miss smth.

Unexpectedly Awesome hotel clean room, bathroom best facilities in same facilities have grocery market and parking is paid but so secured. We enjoyed our stay in hotel 20 min walk to Hannover city center (Alstad) it's was great experience our first time with B&B definitely Booking ourself with B&B in Paris.

Our AC was having technical issues it couldn't cool enough the room so, they offered us room exchange which was so thoughtful and good customer service. Really like it! Thanks and keep doing good service! Nothing all Good!

Cleaningless, staff and service was perfect. Location is very good - U Station is in front of the building, but you can also reach old town on foot in aprox. 20 minutes. We used public parkingspace nearby (just 2 minutes walk) and it costs only 5 euro for 24 hrs. It's an open space, not a garage, but cheap. Breakfast was OK. Bread and buns were very fresh. Other tnan that it was classic continental - not so much variety.

Only one small thing.. The bed - it has some kind of rubber on the matrasses and it's not convenient for light-sleeper because it makes these noises every time you move. But for others ok - my husband slept like a baby!

We had an excellent stay. Nice room very clean, towels were changed every day and beds made. The breakfast was great, the coffee choices excellent, everything you needed was there. We had asked for a quiet room which we got. The air condition was working great. The REWE and DM shops were right downstairs and so was the UBahn Station. We will definitely be back in this hotel. Thank you for a nice stay.

Receptionist friendliness and eagerness to assist, nice and clean room, no keys, no checkout, fine location (one stop from rain station with U-bahn), nice TV, new furniture....

You can hear either the water or the ventilator from the bathroom constantly (even when your lights are off, which turns your ventilator off). Strange sounding bed. It's comfortable but it sounds with every move. Didn't have time to check but it sounds like it has some rubber cover. It might be noisy if you are with the partner. And if you are planning to stay longer I think there wouldn't be sufficient space to unload your baggage.

Relatively close to the city center. Very friendly staff that always greeted me with a smile. It was very clean. Reasonably priced. It's right next to a subway stop which made getting around the city super easy and fast.

That the breakfast was extra. 8 euros (10 usd) is a bit much for a standard continental breakfast... but i don't think it was rediculous. Afterall i didn't have to purchase it. I only mention it because it's the only somewhat negative thing i can think of. It was a very nice hotel for the price.

It's a very comfortable and affordable hotel in the center of Hannover, with a train station just in front of the door and a supermarket on the first floor. The staff was really helpful and nice. With the electronic doors, everything was made super easy. We didn't even have to do the check out, just leave the room before 12pm.

The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the location is excellent. Nice hotel lobby on the top of the building, with a great view while having a breakfast.

Breakfast was not the richest. Not too many options, but what was available was tasty and fresh.
