pentahotel Braunschweig

I checked in at a very hard time, It was time when I just left to Germany to seek help because of the war that has been going in Ukraine, I have explained my situation to the management team and they were kind enough to give me a decent discount on my stay as well as offers me a meal. I thank them and looking forward to come back to them in the future if I am ever again in Braunschweig.

Maybe the only downside was that there was no three meals a day option. other than that the place is nice and I RECOMMEND it.

The bed was huge and very comfortable and the room was very large and cozy. The location is very convenient since it is close to the center and the train station. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a very big desk if you need to work.

The WiFi was not working very well and the room lacks some items like a wardrobe or a fridge, but for a couple of nights that is not important. The breakfast could be a more complete also.

lovely hotel, beautiful lobby, pool table, friendly staff. the comfiest beds! and very spacious room. short walking distance to the center. sad we didn’t have time to try out the restaurant and the sauna! next time

the wait time at reception could be too long at times, to pay for parking.

The location was amazing. It was pretty close to the center and the train station (around a 10 min walk).The staff were really helpful and nice. The breakfast was decent and had an early opening time which was very helpful! (6:30 am)

The internet was incredibly slow sadly. It kept on disconnecting and it wouldn't reach at the end of our room.

The breakfast is good and the room was pretty cozy and comfy. If you come by car be prepared to use the hotel's parking (18 Euro per night) as on the street it's difficult to park during the day (1,90 Euro per hour with max 3 hours restriction from 9 am till 8 pm). Otherwise, the location is great, many restaurants and shops are reachable in 10 minutes.

The room service doesn't work on weekends.

There was a small fire during thd night, we had to leave the hotel around 1pm and waited till firemen and police solved the problem, so had little sleep that night.

Bathroom was new and very very good. Two big single beds togehter became super big bed. Staff was great. Breakfast was great. Next time we wil go here again.

Take some time to provide the bartender with a cocktail-training. This was his first and this was already good. Breakfast room half-full was pretty load. Perhaps take some measures to extra soundproof this room for less echo etc.

Excellent value, great firm bed, excellent full breakfast. Interior common spaces were dark we think due to art-i-ness of the hotel, but our room was light and airy and very clean. Nice hotel, great value, very cute town!

Stunning venue with 24 hour bar, and a pool table. They also are in walking distance of good sights and pubs.

Unfortunately due to covid, we couldn't access the sauna, which was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. There was no information stating the sauna was closed

Good hotel but when you enter the hotel it looks like a night club - dark, black walls. Not friendly though! Clean room and comfy beds. Very nice lady at the reception.

Not a very friendly man at the reception desk - not a nice thing during a welcome.
