ANA Living Stuttgart by Arthotel ANA

Breakfast is very nice consisting of lots of various options for drinks and for foods. Very large window of breakfast time will be suitable for various visiting purposes. Reception is working 24/7 and will always help in any given occasion. Also there is free coffee/tea available in lobby as well as snacks bar, where different snacks can be purchased. Room cleaning is on daily basis, which sometimes seems to much, but I was fine with it as I spend majority of time working outside hotel. Nearby is 2 grocery shops and restaurant, which works till 23:00 and serves all kind of food from European to Asian cuisine.

The staff in this hotel was beyond any expectations. Specially Francescca. I made the reservation for my parents and they were treated like royalty. My sister also lost an airpod in the hotel and they were sooo helpful and find it. The rooms were also big, super clean and confortable. The cleaning staff was also very nice and helpful. Thank you to the team for having offer such a wonderful stay.

The hotel hall walls are a little dirty and the elevator smells a little funny, but that was not a big deal breaker. The rooms were very clean so I can't really complain

Rooms with good space and well equipped with TV, air-conditioning, sofa and of course a small kitchen. If something missing there is also a shared kitchen better equipped on the ground floor. They also offer a free coffee machine in the entrance hall. You can also borrow a bike for free. It saved me few times when I was running late. Despite being at 30 min walking distance from the city centre, there are at least 5 different options of buses passing nearby the hotel going to Böblingen ZOB. Staff service is also really friendly. I recommend.

The bike service is a such good idea, however the bikes I used needed maintenance: the tires were flat, the brakes squeaked and the headlights didn't work.

Everything about this facility is great. I strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel around this area. Free and nice coffee machine, modern kitchen with up to date utensil. A large parking lodge and a great space for kids. This hotel is great. Above all, they have a very friendly staff always ready to assist.

I liked everything

Great concept, perfect for an extended business trip. Choose the restaurant or pop across to the supermarket and then cook yourself whatever you want in your well equipped kitchen. I have stayed in hotels before that advertise cooking facilities in the rooms, if you can count a microwave, toaster and kettle as a kitchen. This hotel has a real kitchen and utensils in each room. The choice is yours👍

communication before arriving great, easy to find, was clean, beds were very comfortable especially when you are driving many hours . the kitchen has everything you need if you are for short or even longer stay and very handy for a family. The staff was excellent - helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend to a friends.

The room is very nice, with all the needed high quality amenities. The room size is small, but it's pleasant enough for a few days stay. I'm not confident that will make for long stays. For the parking, are plenty free of charge on the street, there is no need for the hotel one if you'd like to avoid the fee.

The room was in the street side, which was somehow noisy with the window open. Ask for a courtyard room, which has a pleasant view and are quiet.

The apartment was nice and mostly everything needed was in the kitchen. No complaints about the actual hotel.

Apart from supermarkets across the street, there is nothing in the area and a bit of a journey to the train station area of town if you are going there frequently.

The price was good. The staff very friendly. Really liked that there were two TVs.

The curtains did not block off the bright lights and morning sun. The curtains were hanging crooked and the reading lamps over the couch area had not light bulbs. The breakfast too expensive. Parking was good but too expensive for outdoor parking. Could find the water cooker. I told the reception about the curtains and reading lamps. The reception lady wrote this down for future repairs. The location was not attractive.

clean, fresh design with a little kitchen and a modern, spacious bathroom

maintenance in my room was needed - curtains partly off rack, wc seat had come off… I think this had just slipped through the net because otherwise the hotel is very well maintained. would recommend asking for a room facing the inner courtyard as quite a few trucks drive past in the night
