Size of room, price, wonderful view -- loved the huge windows, A/C, staff

Elevator was broken -- dropped several floors and gave my niece PTSD although she was not harmed, seemed a bit musty and we had to leave as it was triggering allergies for my husband

My junior suite with full length windows looking over the tops of buildings was fantastic and a section of the window opens to let in the fresh air and the sounds of Berlin. There's a small fridge and cook top (but no pans), I didn't want to cook anyway so not an issue. Breakfast is served in the downstairs cafe which opens to the street, which was lovely, so much nicer than a stuffy dining room. The bed was super comfy, I also had a sitting area with a couch and 2 armchairs and TV was on a pedestal so easy to turn to face the bed or the lounge area.

No ability to stream video from my Netflix account and no english movie channel, just cartoon network and news.

The location is great, direct tram to the railway station 10 minutes away, near tube station. Very exclusive neighborhoods with loads of restaurants and shops around. Walking distance to many attractions. The room was spacious. The lobby is neat. Goid breakfast at 17 Euro extra charge. The refurbishement in the room is pretty basic, bathrooom is from 90th, but the bed was cosy. All is clean. Allin all, very good value for money. The room was about 99 Euro, all hot els nearby are a dash more modern but start at 150 Euro.

I personally do not like carpets in the rooms, they seem to be clean but outdated.

Easy communication with staff, location is good (although not the quietest), breakfast looks small at first glance but there was almost nothing that was missing, room is well-equipped and big enough. Luggage storage possible after check out time. Wifi working well.

No fresh juices for breakfast, quiet busy (noisy) location with loads of ambulances, trams etc, not possible to open windows, bedside light makes a weird noise (but not a problem, as one can switch it off, plenty of other lights in the room). Bathroom is interesting and barrier free, but after showering there's water everywhere and the idea of leaving towels on the floor only when one wants them changed doesn't work, as one needs to leave them on the floor in order not to get wet feet :)

The reception staff at this hotel were very welcoming & helpful, providing us with detailed information about what to see and do while in Berlin & how to get around. They also explained how to use the automated car parking facility. The hotel itself is located in a central location with easy walking access to numerous tourist attractions, restaurants & places of interest. Our room on the 6th floor was spacious, with a large comfortable bed & pillows. The aircon worked well & ensured that the room was at a comfortable temperature for sleeping. A kettle was provided in the room for which we were grateful. The shower was excellent, having strong water pressure. The room also has a wall to wall, floor to ceiling window which allows the room to be light & bright during the day, but dark at night when the curtains are closed. We very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel & strongly recommend it to others who are visiting Berlin.

The shower is over a deep bath, which some people may love because the can take a bath, but I would have liked a handrail to hold onto when stepping out of it. The experience of staying in this hotel room could be enhanced further with the provision of a mini fridge.

Location is absolutely perfect. The hotel really is in the heart of Berlin, tram stop was visible from our window and the U-bahn station was less than a minute around the corner. Many of the city’s attractions are also easily walkable. We were honestly shocked at how high quality our room was at what we as a young couple found a very affordable price. Our room was really beautiful, a huge window and an extremely comfortable bed! The staff are also extremely kind and attentive, give you privacy but always there when you need them! The hotel is surrounded by a huge range of great restaurants and there are also plenty of shops in walking distance. If you’re looking for somewhere comfortable and convenient in the heart of city, this is perfect!

The room was very comfortable and the comfortable bed with the extra pillow allowed for a great night sleep. So we were well rested every morning to explore Berlin. The staff was excellent and assisted with Taxi arrangements, had so much inside tips on what to do and the knowledge of the transportation for Berlin was very handy. They even helped to locate my missed baggage, that got lost during flights. We loved the breakfast. We highly recommend the hotel as it is right in the centre of east Berlin and is close to a lot of the historical sights.

First time to Germany... Location was superb- safe and central, front desk staff kind and helpful, everything was extremely clean.

Speaking as a spoiled American who needs his AC, the AC was minimal and didn't fully circulate in our very large room (business suite). This is purely a matter of perspective because not everyone needs a meat locker like me and it is why this is not a complaint just a response to the question of what I didn't like

Fabulous location - easily accessed via any of the multiple travel links and plenty of food & drink options nearby. Allowed early check-in (obviously room dependent but was great for us) and check-out was until 12pm. We were in a 7th Floor Suite, which was a massive room, with fantastic floor to ceiling windows, offering a great view over street and bars opposite.

Breakfast options were very limited and were cleared away immediately at the point of breakfast time finishing (e.g. 10am on weekdays, 10:30 on weekend).

The location is perfect, the room was very nice, original with the "open bathroom". We appreciated the coffee machine in the room and the fact that we got another round of coffee the second morning. The breakfast was good too. The staff were always available, friendly and efficient.

Our second night (Saturday) we did not sleep, because there is a techno club somewhere very close and even with the window closed, the music was unbearably loud until at least 5am, maybe 6am. Not really the hotel's fault, but they might warn you or provide ear plugs...
