The Staff were helpful and the rooms where cleaned daily and fresh towels and bedding replaced daily ...the train station was a five minutes walk behind the hotel and a bus stop at the end of the road which takes too and from the airport , which is just short walk .

No mini fridge in the room , could have done with one . The price of drinks where overpriced €8 for a pint of 1664 beer , €4 for a orangina, eating was a bit pricey too , breakfast €10 per day €20 evening meal per day ... I think a price reduction in that area would make more attractive.

Very friendly welcome, comfortable room and unique style. Was priced reasonably well for access to the airport for a really early check in, too challenging had we stayed in Marseilles city. Shuttle pick up was very helpful.

Very little, other than the advertised free shuttle does not operate before 5am. The suggestion was that the bulk of flights did not require checkin prior to this, however (a) we were not alone at 4am in having a taxi collect us from reception and (b) there were about 5 flights departing pre-0630. Worth re-considering shuttle offer start-time early morning. Also, loved the room design, but the hanging lights are actually a little too low!

The hotel staff were very kind, hard working and professional and the room was fine for one night. The hotel shuttle bus collected us from the bus stance at Marseille Airport, which was very convenient. Our flight left at 5.45, so we had to book a taxi (25 Euros for a 2 minute journey but helpfully arranged immediately by the duty staff ) as the shuttle bus doesn't start until 5.00am.

Management should perhaps consider increasing the number of staff on duty (again, those that were working during our stay could not be criticized in any way) and adding a few vegan options to the evening buffet.

The staff was so nice and helpful and also made sure our late teen kids were staying in the same hallway as us. The front desk staff even took time out to get to know us better and gave us good incite on France from a local perspective. The wine we ordered was delicious and only cost $3! Lastly, the shuttle driver was right on time and dropped us off right at our gate. The front desk made sure we had coffee and juice prior to leaving at 5AM. Keep up the good work!

Initially, we were unsure about all the gates around the property and automatic metal window shades but the property proved to be safe and quiet.

Room was very comfortable with air-con, super shower very modern fittings and soap dispenser in bathroom and shower. Shuttle service is brilliant, literally 2 minutes to airport but difficult to walk due to fast motorway to cross, we took car back to hire company when we arrived in Marseille and the shuttle picked us up and took us to Greet Hotel, then back next morning to airport for flight, so friendly and helpful. Buffet evening meal provided an excellent choice hot and cold which was plentiful, and breakfast buffet catered for every taste.

In all the travel hotels I have stayed at over many years, I could not find anything I thought could be changed. Most travel hotels do not provide swimming facilities, children’s play areas, bar and food. The only thing I would change is to make it a longer stay next time.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Good breakfast. Great free shuttle to and from airport and train station. Friendly, helpful staff. If you are looking for a luxurious hotel, you are looking in the wrong place, but if you want clean, comfortable and convenient for an overnight stop before or after a flight you could do a lot worse!

The outside area could do with a tidy up, but really, there were plenty of loungers and seats to relax around the pool. This is a minor thing

Clean, great breakfast, great value for money. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again! Airport shuttle back to the airport on departure was great - easy and convenient.

Be aware the shuttle runs until 11 max 11.30pm. Press the buzzer at the shuttle stop (it's signed) for greet and they will arrange for the shuttle to come and get you - there is no fixed schedule. My ryan air flight was delayed so we missed the shuttle on arrival as we were too late, the only option was a fake taxi.

The Airport was excellent and simple to understand the directions.and the distance to the Hotel was good not too far.the room at the hotel was good but it’s vital to have a blind at the windows ( room 110) to avoid the light from outside to come through to the room.Also the Tv was not working. The air conditioner was slightly noisy.

I like the size of the. Bed, the toilet and shower room. The cupboard was simple but good. The light was nice

Excellent location near the station, with friendly hotel staff who even allowed us to borrow a corkscrew and wine glasses, and convenient shuttle service to the airport.

The button to open the door of the fence was somewhat difficult to locate, and the keycard to the room stopped working on the second day, so we had to get it reactivated. Also, it would be nice to have a kettle in the room for some evening tea.

We arrived at the airport late but the free shuttle was a life saver! They came and collected us and took us to the hotel. Its on an industrial park but it's a very short 8 minute walk to the train station which takes you straight into Marseille. The staff were brilliant, one member is particular (we don't remember his name) but he was incredibly friendly and attentive. The bar is open until 12.00pm so it was good to have a nightcap before heading to bed.

The rooms are a little small but we managed!
