Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences Béziers Centre

Location was good, not exactly in the center, but close enough to make it a 5 minute walk. Hotel was decently clean, rooms were big enough. Amenities provided were perfect, not much to complain.

Reception will be closed from 12pm until 3pm, so you can't check-in or leave your bags anywhere. Rooms were decently clean, but could also be better. Location was good, but we did have to walk at night through some streets where locals were catcalling women and hanging around in groups. Doesn't feel extremely safe to solo travellers. Also, there is dog poo everywhere in the streets.

Friendliness of the staff who were very willing to help whenever it was needed. The studio was clean and comfortable and provided what we needed for a week’s stay. Hotel near to the bus stop for Valras beach.

Location could have been better as route up into historic area was quite steep for me although there were bus stops nearby which took us to most important locations and to the train station.

Obviously the hotel is very reasonably priced and suited us for an overnight stay before our flight home. Although it's not a luxurious hotel it is clean, comfortable and has all the basic things you could need, wifi, a tv, a little kitchen area and we also had a balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful and a major plus point for us was allowing us to leave our luggage all day until our evening flight. If you want affordable, clean, no frills accommodation this is ideal.

Nothing to dislike.

Perfect check in, receptionist could speak English and Italian and made everything easy! Very kind and professional. The place is at 10 minutes from the main square, 20 from the old bridge 20 minutes from train station. It is quiet and comfortable. Our personal taste about mattress too hard but the room was clean and tidy. The room had a little kitchen, dishwasher and fridge, you will also find kettle, coffee and tea. TV and a table makes everything ideal for those who want to cook something maybe bought from the Hall market (don't miss it!)

Nothing really

A good sized clean studio with a mini kitchenette including a small dishwasher. The air-conditioning was good to have although we didn't use it much. We had a small balcony with table and chairs. On our first morning only two of us went to breakfast, I was offered a tray so I could take breakfast to my daughter who stayed in the room. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location with all amenities within walking distance.

Staff were approachable, helpful and spoke good English. Apartment was spacious, clean and quiet.

Just minor comments, none of this spoiled our holiday. We found the hotel a bit difficult to find at the beginning of our stay as it was a little bit further from the centre than we thought. Bathroom could do with an upgrade.

Great value for money. Very clean. Felt safe and secure. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. It is perfect for anyone looking for a budget break who doesn't mind a short walk to the main attractions.

No complaints.

Really good value for money, air conditioning was a huge bonus as it was needed in 30 degrees heat, everything is as described, mattress really comfortable. Quiet area, short walk from the centre, reception host was really lovely.

The only thing I struggled with was one of the pillows in the room was really poor quality so I had to sleep without a pillow, but I'm sure reception would sort it if you asked, I just noticed too late in the evening. Other than that, great value for money.

Good amenities. Big enough room. Fridge cooker, microwave if you needed to eat for yourself. Quite area and not too far away from the centre of Béziers. Staff were pleasant and friendly. All good.

Bit hard to find but that was probably my map reading.

Just like in nearby Narbonne the hotel chain offers their apartment in a strategic location close to the bus station (here's where you'll pick the line E to head for beach outposts, either tourist industrial Valras or nature-friendly Vendres), on the verge of the downtown (brimming with eating and shopping options). The train station is a bit further downhill, so it's advisable to pick there any bus going up to/through the bus station.

Lower quality toilet paper and smaller frying pan - at least compared to the Narbonne's hotel from the chain. Hey Béziers, you shouldn't trail behind Narbonne! ;)
