Very professional staff, very welcoming. Very dedicated to their jobs.

A little rushed at breakfast. Yes, the manager is so dedicated that you felt that you shouldn't be there. Everything to took he replaced immediately, even standing in everyone's way Came up to the table and lifted my plate off me (!) When I looked shocked, he Said it was easier for him if I used a tray and put all my things on the tray. Very overwhelming, as if we were in his "house".

Lovely hotel situated on the main junction in the town . Very quiet . Very helpful friendly staff . Very nice Chinese buffet restaurant just over the road or you can go down to the companion hotel restaurant down the road and get 15% off your meal . Bed was very comfy , literally closed around me

Shower towels were a bit old and worn . Both of mine were marked so I used my own . The car park is spacious but wide open to anyone right by a crossroads

The breakfast was good as the weather was so hot the air conditioning was so very welcome

Booking in was not easy before the reception was open for the elderly people like me Fortunately there was a young man that spoke our language and he helped us but then your kind reception staff came on duty to complete the paperwork I just imagined bet stuck there trying to get in away from the heat when nobody was around I would have expired in the heat

We were greeted by a friendly man who explained everything for us. The room although basic was ok for our needs of a one night stay. At breakfast we were helped by Akram who explained where everything was in a very friendly manner and he engaged in polite and friendly conversation, he seemed to be doing everything on his own and is a credit to your company.

Close to the motorway. Comfortable beds and walls are soundproof which offers the possibility of having a good sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful. We’ve been upgraded to a bigger room as they had some available.

No lift. If you have a heavy luggage be prepared to carry it on the stairs.

Friendly professional welcome - we were running late but the concierge had emailed us with entry info in case we arrived after his shift. We much appreciated his action. B&B seems a good budget chain, easy to use, and good value.

The only criticism I have is that you are supplied with one small pillow per person. Two at least medium-sized pillows per person would much increase client comfort at small cost.

Good location near A71 highway. Area is a bit dull but supermarket and restaurant on walking distance. A bit old fashioned room with small bathroom, but all was available. Helpful staff. Excellent price- quality ratio

Area is quiet but a bit dull. Parking is public area and is not locked

Perfect for a nightly stop when on a roadtrip with a dog. Comfy bed, clean bathroom. Big Carrefour and cheap gas station around the corner. Walked the dog in the fields just opposite of the hotel at the river. Very friendly staff. Free parking outfront. Safe code-keylock on room door and possibility to self check-in. Microwave and food in the lobby.

Not our usual type of hotel but it did the job very well, including enabling us to take our dog and cat with us a On a long journey to Spain

excellent comfy bed so clean and quiet and reception staff so helpful. Annabelle cleaned the room to the highest standard and Doriane helped us with what was open due to Easter and was generally excellent
