Aux berges du pont du gard

Fantastic location a one mile walk from the Pont du Gard- great to base yourself for the evening illuminations and for a short walk for a dip in the river in the day A traditional and homely Mas decorated with artwork. Comfortable en-suite room. Our hostess couldn’t have been more helpful reserving a place in restaurant for us and putting a bottle of water to chill for us in the communal fridge. Typical French breakfast delicious local fruit, pastries, yoghurt fruit juice and some and hostess had got English breakfast tea for us aswell.

nothing to dislike - our floor boards were squeaky but only concerned that might disturb the residents below- A fan with misting facility was sufficient to make our night (in a heatwave) comfortable in lieu of air-conditioning.

Location was great since it was few minutes walk to pont du gard and the place was super cosy. Great hosts they were very helpful and were well versed in English wich helped since my French was not up to scratch. Cosy rooms with aircon and the whole area was nice and green. Great place to escape from heat and swim under a piece of history.

The owners, Arnaud and Isabelle, were exceptionally friendly and hospitable.

The road at the front was a little noisy if the window and shutters were open, but it quiet enough if they were closed or from the back if the property.

This is such a lovely place to stay. It's perfect for the Pont du Gard as you can walk there from the hotel easily. The breakfast was super with lovely homemade produce. Such a friendly stay. We wouldn't hesitate to go back..

ideal room for one night stay for two adults and two children. Breakfast in the garden was lovely.

It was not clear to us that the pool was above ground and quite small. A bummer for the kids but still better than no pool.

Lovely B&B and very friendly and helpful owners

No food available locally in the evening. No restaurants. Owners told us about a bakery that stayed open until early evening so managed to get some basic food.

Close to Pont du Gard - we were able to walk to the beautiful bridge. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, even driving us to where we needed to be to walk to the aqueduct.

An ideal location for exploring the area. A truly warm and friendly welcome awaited us. The artwork displayed around the property is stunning. It was lovely to talk to the artist about its creation. The honey served with breakfast was delicious. Thank you.

Breakfast needs improving. location was excellent for what we wanted. The room was nice and comfortable with air-con. The hosts were very pleasant. The parking was very good.

Minimal breakfast rationed on everything so your last impression was not a good one. Otherwise very nice place to stay.

Location was great for pont du gard, Isabell was very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning a welcome bonus , we needed it to stay cool.
