Holiday Inn Nice - Port St Laurent, an IHG Hotel

The staff were so welcoming, polite and accommodating! They were also so good with the children. Lots of restaurants around the hotel and access to a great shopping mall near by. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and a choice of pillows!

The outside of the hotel is in need of some upgrade and maybe a lick of paint. The courtyard of the hotel is also used as the back of one of the restaurants so usual kitchen smells, staff and a view into the kitchen when you walked through the courtyard. The hotel does have a beach club but you are charged extra for this. There are only small observations and didn’t overshadow our stay.

Great Location... Comfortable facility all around.

The ad promised an ocean view room, when we got to our room it overlooked a parking lot. We were told the hotel was full and we couldn't change rooms. On the way out when I complained I was told they would make a note to the file and upgrade us next time we stayed. Given that we were form the US its not particularly likely that we will return. I noted this on the hotel customer satisfaction form and got a very sympathetic apology but still no refund.... Also they don't do a good job of explaining the facilities and the offerings regarding beach access or the area.

accessibility to the beach, restaurants, cap 3000 ( the biggest shopping mall) and all the activities for children. 10 min taxi to Nice downtown. We truly appreciate the location that meets our holidays for all our family in each purpose during our stay.

room amenities were relatively poor i must say. Toothbrush and paste.. the pump of shower gel didnt; work. There is a room to imporve on the quality of amenities as well as the internet connection in the properties.

The shuttle provided by the hotel was amazing and just what we needed with 2 kids and luggage. It was a great help. Being in such close proximity to the big mall, CAP 300 was so convenient as we just had 1 night in Nice before travelling onto our next destination. Our children are 3 and 8, they enjoyed the indoor carousel, frozen yoghurt and we were able to buy some basic staples that we didn’t want weighing down our baggage. It was just super convenient to pop over to quickly when you’re feeling a bit tired with a day of travelling. There’s a wonderful

The property is on a fairly nice stretch of beach with many restaurants and a modern mall about a 10min walk away. Lots of water sport activity options. Staff were very helpful as I was traveling with my two young boys after a cancelled EasyJet flight. Very planet 24 hour stay.

I think this hotel could do a with a pool, breakfast was decent but a few more options (ie more egg styles than just scrambled eggs) and puke have been great.

The hotel is really very comfortable and right on the beach - Cote d'Azur. We have stayed here several times and are always happy to return. The bed is very comfortable, the cosmetics in the bathroom are top quality Nuxe. A phenomenal breakfast with a large selection of top quality dishes. But the impression that surpasses everything else is the exceptional kindness and helpfulness of the staff at the reception Rohit and Sofija.

Awesome staff !! Big rooms !! Complementary tap water and sparkling water bottles every day is a real nice touch :)

Needs a pool and more info on the facilities! Hours for room service are not great as you come back from the beach to shower and relax with a glass of wine and a snack .. well not before 19hrs :(

Very nice location of the hotel, its facing the beach, beach access and service of Holiday Inn at the beach was superb, my family enjoyed every moment of our stay, and upon visiting again will stay in the same hotel. Very helpful and supportive staff. Thanks for your kind support.

Friendly staffs. Nasser had been exceptionally helpful and arranged my airport shuttle. and driver waited longer for us , Rohit was very jolly friendly guy . loved the ambience. beautiful location beachfront hotel.

could have been great with indoor swimming pool but at the same tiem it had private beach.

Room was very quiet which was wonderful when we wanted to sleep. We loved the second floor location, and appreciated the city-view balcony. Location for the hotel was perfect, garden in which to have a coffee was also nice. Loved being so close to the boardwalk and the beach as well as CAP 3000. Very nice location, a calm oasis in a busy district. Also appreciated the mini fridge in the room.
