The hotel is nice with a bar and the hotel looks great. We took the Kind bed option and it was very nice and spacious. The room was clean and comfortable

One of the reasons why I choose this hotel was the free shuttle to the airport. It was a bad surprise when we arrived to learn that we had to take the city bus with our suitcases and baby. We ended up booking a Uber.

Good experience. Welcoming staff and nice waiting rooms with comfortable sofas close to the reception. I would say everything went well expect for the pubic transport.

Not very well served by public transport, which is not something the hotel is responsible. Might have had to do by the fact that I stayed on a Sunday so some buses were passing once per hour. There are bus routes passing literally in front of the hotel, but they do not pass often, and in my case they were also very late. Especially if you want to go to Paris it takes a long time. I would also recommend to check which terminal you are flying from to book the closest hotel.

The room had good size, with comfortable bed. The food at the restaurant (both breakfast and dinner) was very good. Staff was helpful.

1. We used public transportation, both to get from/to the hotel to/from Paris and to/from the airport. It didn't work well for us. It was time consuming as bus frequency is not great. The hotel shuttle doesn't work on weekends, so we had to take an expensive taxi (28 euro) for our flight back home on an early Sunday morning. Not the hotel fault, but public transportation from Paris to the hotel was a disaster one day - the RER B train didn't work, so we used the metro, planning to take the bus from the metro's last station to the hotel; but the metro stopped unexpectedly 2 stations before its final station, forcing us to complete the trip with an expensive taxi ride (43 euro). 2. No refrigerator in the room.

I like the fact that it is close to the airport, the staffs are very nice and their food tastes great especially the croissant. The room is clean and the bed is large. I also liked the fact that there was a shuttle to the airport from the hotel.

The duvet is not big enough for the bed, so they have two small duvets, and that's not convenient especially because I was with my spouse. we had to sleep separately because one duvet was too small for us to share.

Good staff, clean rooms, great breakfast. Overall a positive experience. Near the airport, but a distance from the city center

Room had an air conditioning problem. couldn't get cold air and room was too warm. Honestly don't know if they would have moved us or fixed it as we were barely in the room and didn't bother to report it. Overall it was a good room, service, food all positive.

The desk in the room was a great place to work in the evening (love the wide wheelie chair...! Comfy bed, room was perfect temperature...didn't need to adjust heating. Far enough away from the airport not to get bothered by flights. Good bar area, with plenty of sport to watch

Only one beer on and I didn't go on it much...! Food was ok I guess basic hotel grub at a reasonable price

The rooms were modern, clean and very well laid out. perfect service although drinks are expensive. £75 for 3 G&Ts. Even pricier than London. We had a balcony which was great.

Drinks too expensive. Slightly stressed check in staff. Took 18 minutes to check in. Checkout was smoother.

The room was clean and tidy every day. The service from restaurant was amazing.

The manager from reception, he booked a scammer taxi driver.

Before Covid, the shuttle system was much better. It was free and non stop. Rooms are still nice but some renovations would be a plus (lots of spot on the carpet for instance).

There is nothing I did not like at all.

We have stayed at this hotel before and the manager (I don't remember her name but she's been with the company for around 10 years) was very accommodating and remembered us from 2 yrs ago, she's a great asset to the company. Will definitely stay here again.
