Kyriad Lyon Sud Sainte Foy

My daughter and I arrived late at night, at 02:30. We had called in advance to let them know of our late arrival. The reception had been informed of this and we were given the key. The room and bed was very clean. Comfortable mattress, pillow and linens. Very good night, very quiet, very good breakfast. The lady was so kind to serve us breakfast, even though we were a bit late.

I was a bit surprised at the construction of the hotel. it is a prefabricated structure. embedded in a garden area. Actually very nice during the day. It was just our late night arrival in the dark that made me feel uncomfortable. Access to the hotel rooms is from the garden area, not through the main building where the reception and the restaurant are located. Arriving in the middle of the night, in the dark, two women alone, it would perhaps have been helpful if the gentleman at the reception could have helped us to locate the room. At first I felt a little unsafe, due to late night arrival in the dark.

Clean and tidy room of modest quality but very reasonably priced with a good bed and ample free parking. Rooms were well serviced by hospitality. Very generous breakfast included with a good range of hot and cold items. Bus stop 3 minutes away provided good access to Lyon within 20 minutes.

Nothing in particular. Some issue with credit card payment on the first night but resolved satisfactorily the next morning.

Good location close to city centre but easy access to major roads. Plenty of parking. Motel style room with individual front doors and electric sun shutter, air con and good bathroom. Restaurant mainly serves grill food (eg. burgers and steaks) - reasonable value and convenient. Ideal for overnight stay. Convenient and comfortable stop-over on our way to the alps.

Lacks character - wouldn’t want to stay for a week!

the room was nice, the location is look like an American motel, but over all was good

I cannot say that was something bad, but as a recommendation I can say that some vegetable for breakfast it would be good, and also the cleaning process it can be made better ( in the bathroom they changed only the towels, but didn't clean the area).

The customer service was exceptional. We have stayed in a range of hotels in the past 3 months and the customer service at Kyriad Lyon Sud Sainte Foy exceeded our expectations, it turned a standard business hotel into something we returned to feeling like family.

Great staff, breakfast and quiet location near bus service.

If you lifted the shutters to your unit, you're very exposed (ground floor) so not a lot of privacy. Not a deal breaker for us though.

Location. Not to far from city center. Sufficient parking space. Charging points for EPVs. Breakfast has a vast selection.

Breakfast space to small for the number of guests. Machine coffee while there is a bar and machine to serve nice coffee in the morning. Motel style hotel

Should not have tried to process the 100eu deposit without the guest authorization (before checked-in) using the card details that was provided during the booking in Booking.com; the deposit, afterall was being processed during the check-in.

It was a little hot overnight... and we couldn't turn the air con down as it was centrally controlled.

Breakfast was great. We loved being so close to downtown St. Foy. Easy hiking!

Having to lug our suitcases up a circular staircase to our second floor room. No elevator!
