Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well appointed and quite luxurious offering a bar, pool, massages and facials. It was very relaxing being able to have a drink at the bar. We stayed in a third floor apartment with balcony with a beautiful view. It was clean & comfortable.

The fan in the bathroom didn't seem to work. There is a lift to the second floor, then a set of stairs up to the third which was not a problem for us however, when we first arrived the stair rail was very wobbly and disconcerting. It had been improved next day but we think only temporarily

Fabulous location, wonderful room and very comfy bed. We had a lovely breakfast in the morning with fresh bread and croissants and coffee, although it was an additional €10. The room was lovely with a kitchenette, but it would have been a nice touch to have coffee and tea making available in the room, something I would definitely expect at this price point! Sadly, the restaurant was also closed during our visit, perhaps an August thing, but after a long ride, we were looking forward to not having to go out and the food looked great!

The hotel is in a great position in the town, lots of restaurants to walk to locally. The room was nice although very basic, we had a one bedroom apartment which had a very small sofa bed which wasn't all that comfortable for our 17 year old. We had to get another chair to accommodate the three of us. The kitchen has a microwave and fridge with ice box and ice cubes had been made which was great. The double bed was very comfortable and the bed linen very good quality. Short staffed but the man was doing a good job of helping everybody and speaks good English.

Very family-friendly property at a very good location. Rooms were clean Friendly staff too. The communication was very good, the staff arranged the code for the gate by message on this platform and keys to the rooms on the desk. For the staff, I will give a five star rating.

The EV charger was just a basic electric plug which didn't work on Tesla. Breakfast - we expected hot food, but it was just a baguette roll, croissant, and a chocolate roll. This part was not value for money. I will recommend to have food from outside.

Everything was excellent. The apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed having one of only two apartments with a balcony. We had lunch in the restaurant, which was excellent. I loved the pool and the thought it was wonderful to book your slot but then had the pool to yourself - super. House keeping we’re very good. Fresh towels every two days, and discreet. We loved the manoir so much we’ve already booked for July 2023. Thank you to all the friendly staff.

Beautiful large room with a balcony overlooking the front of the hotel and the front garden. It has a small kitchenette which we didn't use, but fridge was very useful. The young lady at reception was charming and helpful and seemed to do everything in the hotel due to a clear staffing issue. The breakfast was very simple but delicious coffee, bread and croissants. A very short walk to the town centre and its restaurants. The swimming pool is lovely and for private use only at the moment so half hour slots have to be booked in advance.

It would have been nice to have advance warning that the restaurant was closed for dinner mid-week. We found somewhere nice, but we had hoped to stay put after a long drive. The bathroom in our room had a dreadful smell on arrival but the young lady dealt with it.

Lovely design, useful parking, friendly staff. Excellent adjoined restaurant. Simple breakfast provided swiftly. Rooms well appointed. We had children on the armchair-beds - they seemed happy. Sitting room/bar was a lovely room.

Limited storage space - couldn’t unpack fully. Swimming pool chlorine levels left our eyes very uncomfortable so we only used once. But it was a lovely place and we would certainly use it again.

First off, the staff (all 3 ladies we met) were absolutely wonderful - friendly, helpful and happy. The apartment is great - clean, modern, huge ceilings and windows. The rooms are quiet, kitchens are well equipped. Even though it’s an appartment they do clean your room daily and change towels etc. which is rare (particularly post covid) but made a positive difference! Pool slots need to be booked (and we were offered them for our whole stay as we checked in). It’s great because you end up with a pool to yourself! Value for money was phenomenal for a lovely location in Lisieux close to Rouen, Honfleur and Cerza (a wonderful zoo!) There was ample parking.

The breakfast is expensive for a continental breakfast. The swimming pool smelt very mouldy (although it was being cleaned the day we left so that might have been why). However, we swam each day and seem fine so might have just being less chlorine in the pool! Finally, the 3rd bed (I.e for our 3 year old daughter) is in the living room which felt quite far from our room. The bedroom door, even when locked, opens from the inside. We ended up moving the desk in front of the door each night as we were worried that she would leave the room in the night!

Fantastic location. You can walk out the front door and cross the street into the park in the centre of Lisieux and then into the main square to visit the cathedral. Secure car park on site so no worries. The property itself has been beautifully restored and the rooms are well equipped. The star of the show are the staff who are just wonderful and so accommodating. If you are visiting Lisieux or the surrounding area, this is the place to stay.

Lovely appartment in historic setting. Very nicely decorated and fantastic location. Extremely clean room and bathroom.

There wasn’t much we could ask to improve but perhaps a few more pieces of equipment in the kitchen (chopping board etc). As we had a family of four in our apartment there wasn’t that much room to eat around sofa beds but we ate out most of the time so not a big problem.
