Odalys City Le Havre Centre Les Docks

The staff were absolutely lovely and really helpful. The room was very well equipped and had a modern electric hob, a microwave, a small dishwasher and a fridge with a freezer compartment. The hotel is in a good location with easy access to shops, buses, trams and trains.

The hotel is near quite a busy road. The soundproofing is good and with the windows closed you can hear very little, but if it is hot and you have to open the windows, you will definitely experience traffic noise (there is no air conditioning).

Super cosy and clean rooms.

The only problem was that we rented two rooms (3 persons) and both were oriented towards a busy road. Moreover, there were road works going until midnight (cutting concrete at 11 p.m.!!) which !really made the noise to be a serious issue. We could not sleep until 1 in the morning. I would expect they they would offer us a free breakfast. So, ask for a quiet room.

It was super clean, well located snd the staff was very kind and helpful.

The rooms were a little bit warm and there was no air conditioner. The only solution was to open the window but because the hotel is located next to a main avenue, it was kind of noisy. But I do not think that on cold days, this will be a problem.

The hotel was very nice and new. Everything was clean and the staff was helpful. We could park safely our bikes in the bike shed to arrive quickly to the center.

The lift was very slow, and usually ended up waiting for a while to go to our room in the 8th floor. The room was quite hot, there was in any case a fan.

please put an air conditioning! was sooooo hot! the rest was ok! they don’t have parking and don’t let you park at the hotel. the apartment is new, clean and have a god bed. they should put another glass so we can shower freely withou wetting everything.

Everything is brand new. We were one of first customers. Even though there were some electricity problem, the lady at the reception was very friendly and trying to help us as soon as possible. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel.

Nice apartment with good cot for our baby and a very nice breakfast

Not enough parking spaces and only one lift for all the guests which makes it very slow. They should provide some washing up things for the kitchen.

Beautifully decorated property, well equipped kitchenette and very comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay.

A tea towel would have been useful but otherwise it was great.

The fact that we had to give them a kind of insurance in case we could have broken something , etc...... it wasn't specify when booking the room online
