Hotel Les Remparts

Very pleasant staff, very friendly. Clean and quiet, nice room and very comfortable bed, also separate toilet and bathroom which was a nice change to the norm I forgot to ask for Wi-Fi code before exploring the evening in the village and no one available after 9pm to ask for the code, which it states you need to do before 9pm. Only charged 3 euros for a coffee and croissant which was amazing, the price and the food

Rooms are spacious with clean and comfortable beddings. Staffs are highly hospitable, responsive, friendly, and professional, before as well as during the stay. Location is perfect as it is located at the edge of a 700m stretch of historical zone which means we can walk leisurely throughout the main historical zone Kaysersberg in one direction. The hill next to the hotel is paved that allows for light hiking with chances to passing by a calves and chirping of the bird in the background. Breakfast was hearty french breakfast with local products coming from around Kaysersberg. Will definitely return and make it the basis while visiting Haut-Rhin or other Grand East area of France.

Kind & considerate staff, the room was modern and spotlessly clean, nice breakfast with good quality yoghurts and a variety of cheeses & breads/croissants, the mountain view from the room & the dining area was beautiful, I'd definitely recommend!

Internet connection was bad. I could not get any wifi on the mobile phone.

Family room was located in Annex. Parking was in front of the building, very convenient to carry luggage to the room. Bathtub was big. Water pressure was very good and filled the tub so quickly. Highlight was the large terrace with stunning view of trees and mountains.

Breakfast area did not have a terrace. This is why we did not have breakfast.

The owners/staff were so friendly and helpful including recommending park and tram for our visit to Strasbourg. Excellent breakfast. No extra cost for the car parking.

Needed a shower curtain - bathroom got very wet. More comfortable pillows please.

Location within a few yards of the village on a quiet street. Great balcony with views of the castle. Free parking, or paid in a garage, which I didn't use.

No shower screen in the bathroom so water splashed over the floor. I hate shower curtains but it would have been better than nothing. Toothbrush mug not cleaned from previous occupant.

Was fine for me but there is no elevator at the property although there is only one floor up so nothing too bad. There is however a small freight elevator available to send your luggage up.

All was fine. It was a quiet place, just outside the village centre. Unfortunately it was too cold to sit on the balcony with the beautiful view on the hills. We enjoyed the Alsace wine from the mini bar.

I found too many long hairs on the floor and in the shower.

Location is excellent and staff is very friendly. We got upgraded to bigger room because of our toddler, and that was greatly appreciated. Room was warm and bed very comfy. We even had breakfast in room and we loved it. Great value for the price

They can add a electric kettle for hot water, we had to go down to reception every time we needed it. But the staff was very helpful every time
