Mercure Honfleur

The location is excellent. It's only a five minute walk into the centre. The staff were reception staff were helpful. We had an issue the the wash basin sink and they very quickly rectified the problem. We decided to stay an extra day and this was no problem. The breakfast team were all very polite and helpful. Our room was spacious, quiet and spotlessly clean.

No milk in room although the lady on reception kindly provided some in a small jug.

the location was perfect, we were a 2 minute walk from the center of town which kept us out of the noise and crowds but we could walk in every day and evening. The room was lovely and met all our needs

the room was a little cold. The staff said we can call them to turn up the heat but that would mean calling down every morning and again at the end of the eve. Would have liked our own controls

The room was comfortable, if a little small. Would have liked a fridge. Breakfast was fine but the cooked elements were not very appetising. Parking was appreciated. Liked the security and proximity.

Mercure Honfleur offers private parking- Essential in a tourist hotspot lime Honfleur. The room was very clean, the bed comfy, and we could open the window for a fresh breeze. We didn‘t book the breakfast, we prefer a coffee and a croissant in a local cafe. We don’t like buffets.

Can’t complain- everything was fine.

Very helpful and friendly receptionist greeted us on arrival. Position is very convenient. Not far from the harbour restaurants and shops. Has its own parking facilities which was appreciated. Breakfast was great

Good location, good choice,quality of breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. Would stay again.

Maybe should mention that there is a charge for parking.

We didn’t have breakfast, but we did have drinks in the bar and the receptionist was extremely helpful. He recommended a hotel which was one of the best we have dined in.

Nothing not to like

it’s location was good. The staff were very helpful, especially Leticia, who recommended and booked an excellent restaurant for us on our first night.

The location was good and parking was available (at a cost); the room was a good size and comfortable; good shower; breakfast had good variety

Close to the centre. Parking possibility, external though. Good staff.

Poor quality towels, not smelling good. Small bathroom.
