Great location and host. The facilities are excellent. The breakfast is very nice and the host is always happy to help.

It is not linked to the accommodation itself. But note that if travelling on a Monday, most restaurants nearby are closed. Only one creperie open. There is a supermarket across the street from the house and a well-equipped kitchen if you wish to make your own food.

It was a perfect stop for us travelling from the UK to Spain with two young children and a dog. The property is a big family house where you rent a room. Bathroom was great. The garden was really pretty with a lovely swimming pool. Very friendly owner who spoke good English. It is also located opposite a L’Eclerc which is handy.

B&B with an interesting name, and a friendly owner. Rooms are located in a modern cityhouse with covered outside swimming pool, surrounded by a park-size garden. In addition to the rooms there is also an apartment for rent. Our room -theme Egypt- was spacious, and offered garden view. Breakfast was served downstairs. The swimming pool looked attractive, but for lack of time we didn't try the water. From Guipry it is only a short drive to the annual photo exposition in La Gacilly.

A reading light in the room would have been useful, as most of the lighting was indirect. And some visitors may not like the house dog that follows you into your room, and also comes to your table during breakfast begging for your food.

Eric went out of his way to accommodate our two families travelling together. He personally collected us from the station, made reservations for dinner and arranged a taxi to take us to Le Boat. Even though he spoke French and we spoke English, communication was great, via e-mail and a translator gadget, in person. Great place to stay before barging from Messac.

The pool was stunning, surrounded by huge grounds. The host / owner despite not speaking English was extremely helpful and patient with us and our basic French! Short walk to the canal, supermarket and restaurants.

Friendly staff, big comfortable room, excellent bathroom. The breakfast was also nice. It's a tranquil location also with good views over the countryside.

Hard to fault, but if I must - the swimming was very chlorinated.

Really comfortable night after s long day cycling. Friendly and helpful host. The swimming pool, outside space and cooking facilities are all excellent. Also right opposite a big supermarket. Thank you very much!

Pool and room very good. Rooms were better and more modern than in pictures. We used for overnight stop with 2 small children. Perfect stay and.location. also petrol station very close by a lot cheaper than those on motorway. Eric the host was great.

A beautiful hotel in a lovely typical French village. The hotelier had thought of everything you would need for a lovely stay. Just wished we had been able to stay longer
