Boutique Hotel Novalis

This is a very nice hotel, and we only used it for a stopover during travels. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was well-equipped. There was a coffee tray, and we had all we needed. We had no time in the morning to taste the breakfast, as we were leaving early. We'll certainly book it again.

Location was great, on the outskirts of the city. Parking was exceptionally safe, with gates locked during the night. The Breakfast was excellent, considering the hotel was so quiet - the breakfast had plenty of choice, was lovely and fresh and excellent value for money.

Due to covid and time of year, everything was locked up when we got there, although the hotel had called in advance to let us know this and provided instructions on how to get our keys. Few options for dinner near to the hotel

All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was great, close to highway, yet quiet and with plenty of parking. Breakfast was lovely.

This is a pet's allow hotel, my son has a cat allergy and was quite sniffy a few nights.

Perfect location for us as next to the motorway. The hotel is cute, different to the other chains, we loved the details, the decoration in the room. But as always, the best part is their staff. the lady at the evening shift (sorry I didn’t catch your name), she helped us a lot even ordering food for us due to our poor French.

It’s a shame they don’t have dinner service.

Anastasia was amazing very kind person. We were late and she called to make sure that we are ok and to explain us how to check in at the kiosk Parking secure and available.

Location is only if you are in the transit. Perhaps fir those want to visit the city center, this is a bit remote.

Well-decorated, comfy, cosy; it had a chiqueness about it. The wallpaper was pop-arty and all the areas were really tastefully decorated. The secure car-park was excellent.

There was a slight smell of sewage in the bathroom.

staff were really great. The location is convenient but not exactly attractive. Rooms were clean, nice and comfortable and decorated with a little more personality than hotels of this type usually offer. The breakfast was also pretty decent.

Perfect location for a journey by car its locatet 350 meters from the main road. Perfectly quiet with windows closed. This was the best stay in a hotel since a long time. Privat enclosed parking. You can make yourself a free cofee in your room. There is absolutly nothing to complain. 5 Stars !

On arrival the receptionist was very helpful including helping carry the baby buggy to the first floor room when there was no lift.

Home from home feel. Manageress welcome and help. Breakfast variety and freshness.

Dust and dirt in corners. Old cobwebs on ceiling.
