Fantastic location, easy street parking, large suite, good lighting, comfortable beds.

The very badly designed basin in the centre of the bathroom - accessible from both sides but the large mirror and shelf unit over it makes it I mpossible to lean over it making teeth cleaning, face washing etc very uncomfortable.

It was modern, clean and spacious both in the shared facilities and the rooms. The rooms had plenty of storage and were well designed. We loved the big windows and the beds were very comfortable too. Our tween kids thought it was very cool and particularly liked the arcade machines and sound system in the room! All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, particularly when I was trying to get gluten free food for our son. The location was also ideal.

Having a small fridge in the room would’ve been more convenient as would some glasses rather than paper cups but these are just small points, not an issue at all!

Hotel Staff was very good, welcoming, courteous, smiling ! Breakfast was excellent, delicious, with homemade food what was very pleasant and ending at 11H00 is also a good point when your are on holiday. Decor of the hotel is top-notch and suitable in connected world!!

I m still looking for something I didn’t like... If I had to tell something maybe the price. But because of the location, the setting of the hotel I would say the price is related ... otherwise we would have stayed longer !! 10€ per day of stay for the dog is a bit expensive !!

One of these newer style hotels, a bit "less is more" approach, quite trendy and similar to Moxy hotels but not quite there. Staff were friendly but young and bit inexperienced I'd say. Breakfast is great but you've got to grab a table, it got pretty busy down there. Rooms are cool. Chill out and Work areas are great. Location is good for the station.

Bit more space in the breakfast area. Charging quite a bit for coffees that were the same that were free for breakfast

The staff was great, very attentive and willing to help. The place was very clean, the lobby extraordinary and well fit for work if needed or just a quiet spot for a phone call it to read a book. Location very close to rail station and buses, and to restaurants.

I stayed in a shared room which was great apart from the curtain which was very noisy. The staff said they know about is and are planning to change it. To note, it was a pricy! But the whole town is...

Spacious room and well-equipped for a family. Loads of storage and fun easy to use features that our girls loved! Very welcoming and informative staff, spotlessly clean, excellent facilities like the gym, cinema, lobby activities and communal kitchen for eating our own snacks (even a fridge!) and a great breakfast buffet. We would love to come back!

We loved the location of the hotel. Its right in between Deauville and Trouville. A walk to the beach is about 10 minutes. Also our room was really big. The bathroom was so spacious. Only the way it was set up was a bit odd. So there was little space at the sink but a lot of space near the door. We loved the USB-C chargers at the bed and the option to set up chrome cast on the TV. We also loved the design an dvibe in the hotel. Relaxt and comfrortable.

We were a bit disappointed by the breakfast. The Spread is really small and the coffee is not great. I woud recommend to go acros the street to Bakery Anne. She is lovely and the food is delicous. Its totally ok to bring food from other places to this hotel. Its really geard toward long stay.

Superb location. Entire hotel ultra modern. Staff young hip and eager to please. Frankly the service and whole experience didn’t feel like France 🤣. That says more about France than the YOU hotel.

As per all our experiences on our 8 days in France when the website says parking available they mean … somewhere. Again hotel garage unavailable. Public parking is the common default. I don’t penalize YOU hotel for this but using the parking filter on Booking.com is a crap shoot😂 Standard French Breakfast is pricey at 18€. Best to decline and go to the street. This reflects my value for money rating.

The hotel is new and therefore feels clean and comfortable. There are tons entertainment / activities at your disposal, i.e. play instruments and play videogames which was a nice surprise. Location is wonderful with everything within walking distance.

Walk to the beach was a bit longer than expected, however not a deal breaker.

We didn't eat breakfast there although it looked good. We chose a cafe near the fountain for breakfast to get the atmosphere of the area. The hotel is in an excellent location to walk to all amenities, restaurants, beach, shops etc. It's a beautiful town, our first visit there and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff at the hotel were extremely pleasant and helpful.
