Citadines La Défense Paris

Located close to metro.Room clean and ready early which was great after international flight.Cot was provided for our grandson when we had understood no cot could be provided so that was a bonus .Breakfast great.Having adjoining rooms with the lounge great.

Not sure of the servicing arrangements as not done during our stay and towels only replaced if managed to catch household staff when on request very willingly changed. Rubbish not emptied.And the bathroom was small...toilet behind the door made for interesting manoeuvres to access.Shower over bath...wouldn't want to be any less agile than we are :)

Location, very clean, friendly staff. Please note take the 2nd last stop from Les defence, otherwise it's a long walk with all your suitcases. Overall enjoyed our time

Everything was good but I would expect some complimentary tea / coffee and milk in the room. That's my only gripe... After a long journey no tea bags to be seen. Not a major issue as the staff gave me some when I asked BUT they had no milk. The closest shop in metro sells no milk and wesfeild shopping complex which is 15 to 20 minute walk was the closest place I could get milk. I just think it would have been great if complimentary tea and milk could have been orovided

Room was bigger than expected. It was nice that the toilet was separate from the shower and in its own room. Beds were comfortable. Clean and in a good location that was just a short walk to the Metro station where the #1 train could get you into downtown Paris quickly. Excellent view from the balcony of Paris. Could easily see the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Sacre Couer and much more. Was really nice view at night!

The only thing we didn’t like was the inability to adequately control the temperature of the room to our liking. After talking to the hotel staff, this wasn’t an equipment issue (as we originally thought), but was due to local environmental regulations. So, be aware that the rooms there may be a touch warmer in the summer time and a touch colder in the winter time due to these rules.

The hotel's location is excellent - it is two minutes from the Esplanade metro station. We went to a concert in La Defense Arena - also quite close - 20 minutes walk. When visiting central Paris it takes 15 minutes by metro. The hotel staff was very helpful. The room was fitted with a small kitchen cabinet which included everything we needed. The room was clean. We appreciate the hotel's environmental policy - no need to clean the room and wash the linen and towels on a daily basis. It can be done, though, if you pay an extra fee. Thanks a lot and hopefully see you next time we are around.

They provide everything you need during the stay. The staffs were so friendly and helpful, their working atmosphere were so good and have good sense of humour. The place was clean and separated well, with large TV, comfy sofa bed, big wardrobe, wide living room, well-considerate kitchen and bathroom with lots of towels. The location was so good with just 3 minutes walking distance from the metro station, we felt really safe living in the area. The check-in was so flexible that they have 24hrs reception and we can store our luggages after check-out without charges.

This place is loctated in the new part of Paris so you dont get that Paris vibe, since you are surronded by skyscrapers. It takes 7 metro stops by metro line 1, to reach the Champs Elysees avenue. It is sparkling clean, it has everything you need for a short stay. Staff if friendly and helpful. There is a big shopping mall nearby. It's a good location if you are flying from Bauvaix airport, since it's only two stops from the Port Malliot station where you can catch the airport shuttle.

Room was too cold and we couldn't do anything about it, so it wasn't pleasant.

Rooms were decent, clean and with all necessary amenities. This is apart hotel, meaning you have small kitchen as well, dishwasher, microwave oven and everything necessary for even a longer stay. Don't expect high end rooms because they are not, but do expect everything you need for a very, very decent stay. Location is awesome, metro station is one minute walk away, it takes you to city centre and all landmark places. Perfect for browsing the city. Stuff at service desk is amazing, friendly, helpful, can't praise them enough. Thank you all.

I knew what I booked and knew what to expect. Everything was advertised honestly and clearly. There are probably some small things here and there that could be better, but absolutely nothing major. Have in mind that the place is undergoing renovation, some things are yet to be finished, but there is no noise or obstruction of any kind.

The location suited the venue that I was going, La Defense Arena. It was one train stop away.

The steps going down and up to the entrance of the hotel. This is the worst access, for women or old people having to climb up or down the stairs with large luggages to get inside and out of the hotel. I hope construction can be made to eliminate these steps . I have never come across such a difficult access into a hotel. Guests need to descend a flight of 20 steps to get to the main hotel door .

Excellent location for a visit to Paris. Metro stop is just outside the door and it's a short 10 min ride to the city centre. The accomodation was spacious with enough room for a family of 4. If you want to cook, then all the amenities can be found in the closet.

The surroundig area is a bit deserted at night and in the weekend. The parking area and the some parts of the surroundings look a bit shabby.

Really good location for exploring Paris, Metro line 1 is very close and you can reach Arc de Triomphe in 10 minutes, Louvre and Notre Dame in cca 20 mins, also Eiffel Tower. There where a few hotels/appartments next to the Citadines, but this one was twice cheaper than some of them so we decided to stay here and we didn’t regret it. Staff is very polite, appartment was clean, it had everything we needed. Sofa bed was also very comfortable. Monoprix supermarket is around 400 m from Citadines (use google map), there are a lot of restaurants in La Defense which are not crowded like in the City Center, but I’m not sure if they’re open for the weekend. Also, very good connection to Disneyland - you can go by foot to La Defense RER station and than 50 mins to Disneyland, or one metro station to La Defense and than train.

We liked everything, but if someone wants to stay in the heart of Paris, feel the city, the crowd and so on, this is not a place for that person. This is a business neighbourhood.
