Luxotel Cannes

Good lunch and dinner menu. Rooms are small but cute. Nice pool, few steps from the beach. I prefer this area then la Croisette as it’s less crowded and more relaxing. You can walk to la Croisette (25 minute walk) or take a bus only 3 stops to la Croisette which is very convenient. Room service and cleaning daily which is amazing! Thank you for an amazing stay!

The AC is very old and needs to be changed. Bad smell in hallway to go to rooms.

We stayed in an Executive Double Room which had a balcony overlooking the pool. The room was a very good size, clean and comfortable. The breakfast included in our booking was the best hotel breakfast we have ever had - delicious food and so much choice. The staff throughout were excellent - welcoming, polite and friendly. They were also very helpful in arranging various requests, including laundry which isn't something we would usually use on holiday. This service in particular was excellent, thank you. We only used the pool once during our stay and a simple shower facility is beside this, along with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. The hotel is outside of the main town area - there is a bus stop just up the street which has services to town and the train station. We also walked to town which took approximately 30 minutes.

Not really any negatives but based on the fact that Luxotel is listed as a 4 star hotel, it would be a good idea to provide a complimentary shuttle bus service to and from town/train station at various times during the day/evening.

Nice hotel a would like to visit again. The view from the room was picturesque with the sea behind the a lot of trees. Parking place is available in garage, but also a couple of places in front of reception are free of charge. Also a lot of parking places around the hotel. Breakfast was good, especially delicious crepes with salmon. Neat and helpful staff. Only one thing that swimming pool wasn’t working during our stay. But it is easy to visit beach nearby.

We love this hotel and are always so grateful for the incredible service and the magnificent sea view. The staff is a delight. They made me an iced coffee for our room service breakfast even though it isn’t on the menu. We’ll be back!

The policy about not being allowed to order food from Uber Eats to enjoy in the room was very disappointing. The proximity to great delivery service was always one of the great things about this location. It’s the only hotel in Cannes with this policy.

Fantastic staff! - very helpfull and proffessional. Advice and tips for local attractions readily provided. Excellent pool service with tasty food ( order the Club Sandwich with Mojito’s!) and good selection of drinks and ice cream ( both clean and with good sunbeds/ parasolls). A good breakfast -with omelette cooking to your choise of ingrediens. The Hotel has a good and positive atmosphere where you feel you are taken well care of- Nice rooms- not very big, but in good order and very clean.

Location - stone throw from the beach and excellent transport links, trains busses etc. Room very comfortable and was cleaned, new towels every day

Staff not overly friendly and we had to wait 20 minutes from check in time with all our luggage for room to be ready which was disappointing as we had to pay a lot for an additional night

The staff was definitely worth mentioning. Especially the girl working at the restaurant was the best host. But everyone was sweet. The food was good and the rest of the guests were super chill, so it really feels like you're away.

The breakfast was pretty basic. Also, the rooms were slightly outdated, but it's not a big deal if you're planning to stay outside your room for most of the time (which I did).

This hotel is amazing, 5 minute bus journey to the centre of Cannes with buses arriving every 5 to 10 minutes right outside the hotel. Directly across from a popular beach. On arrival we were upgraded to a stunning room. Could not recommend this hotel more!

Breakfast delicious with lots of choice. Especially good were the freshly made omelettes, fresh fruit and croissants. Pool good and beach nearby. 25 minutes to walk to the centre. Also 10 mins to walk to Cannes la bocca train station

Need to get out early to have a sun lounger

The Luxotel was nice and comfortable had a bus stop out the front to get into the main city area. Great bedding no fridge.

No fridge rooms are on the small side for us the location wasn’t great and the sea view was obstructed
