Accommodation was excellent at the Executive Rooms nice view tasty food clean suite thanks to all the team specially Ms Nagwa house keeping tacking care of us all the stay i recommend pyramisa hotel

I like : Conversation with GM (Mr. Walid) ( so nice person , elegant , an ideal hotelier , he will do his best in this hotel , money maker , out of the box person and so friendly ) , Conversation with Mrs. Seham ( smiley person , good listener and so kind)>>>> excellent breakfast ,excellent food at lobby restaurant , excellent attitude from F&B staff

Reception attitude , they need more training (hospitality skills , handling complaints , telephone skills , communication skills) they missed the human factor in dealing with guests .Only focus with system to avoid mistakes and CL.

The staff especially Mohamed helped me and my associates to settle in well and the rooms were clean and nice.

Tour of the pyramids organised through the hotel was an experience I wouldn’t want to repeat. We felt like we were scammed from beginning to end. Not the hotels fault, just the taxi driver that we were given in the day, we cut the day short so we could regain control of the day

The hotel is well located and easy to get from/to the city amenities. The atmosphere is great, the environment is good, staff is very friendly and welcoming, it is clean and tidy, well decorated and has a good gym area and swimming pool. The restaurants and bars offer a nice high quality of opciones and service throughout the 24h, including room services. Will definitely recommend!

Air conditioning in the room wasn't working, we waiting couple of hours to get it fixed, having to call multiple times reception to keep updated in the middle of the night. The hotel was doing some refurbishment throughout the 24h we have to change rooms after past midnight, that wasn't great.

It was amazing adventure in Pyramisa. the Hotel is so nice, stuff was so friendly: Abdul Nabi the room service man was so kind with my kid. the assistant manager Siham was so kind and over helpful. she care about guests affairs mostly like mother. Salma from her stuff also was so helpful and so kind. Captin Hosam in the gym too. even security persons was so friendly with kids. I really recommend Pyramisa for everyone, either couples or family or solo travelers. there is a big difference between Egypt and other countries. you will not feel yourself as stranger. you will have a family feeling. and Pyramisa Hotel able to deliver this experience to your emotions.

Friendly staff, food was great, location very central. We didn’t sue the spa but were shown around and it looked beautiful. Breakfast was amazing! So much variety and freshly made waffles and omelette station.

They are allowed to smoke in the hotel so it wasn’t nice to be next to an adjoining room who were smoking as it crept into our room. Concierge the next morning said we should’ve been offered a separate room but the front desk weren’t as good with their English so only sent up a security person to check on us after we mentioned our displeasure. Lost in translation.

The location was very good, very center, close to Nile, main squares, Egypt museum. The room was good and with modern furniture. Room service was good, everything was clean without any 'special aromas'. Breakfast was very good, i'd say. They cooked omlets, pancakes and wafles, there were decent amount of fruits. A lot of buns and cakes.

I can't say any 'very bad' experience. After 'egyptian service' we were always happy to return to our hotel as a stronghold where nobody will chase you or trying to get your money).

Shower water was luke warm but not hot
