-Staff weren't that friendly -TV mirroring function didn't work -Not a great choice at breakfast -Room was clean but very small, definitely wouldn't class the hotel as 5*, maybe 4.

The room was perfect. Since we traveled during the covid pandemic, the booking price was very low so with a good value for money.

the breakfast was not a buffet as you see in the pictures. It was hosted by a restaurant 10 min away by walking. It was ok, nothing special. We were hoping for the buffet you see in the pictures so we were a bit disappointed.

I stayed 5 nights. It’s super close to a lot of stuff. Just a short 2 block walk to the iconic Cafe Imperial, the Florenc tram stop is just another two blocks the out of the hotel to the right. There is a great pub restaurant called Benedict that I had the best goulas in town. The hotel itself is crisp, clean and well lit. Very safe and secure. The bed was very comfortable. The booking.com room is an interior courtyard view of another set of hotel rooms so be careful if you like to walk naturally from the shower as my neighbors saw my birthday suit. I would definitely stay here again!

The only issue I had was with the door not closing completely without me having to pull hard for it to close. It’s totally my fault but I slept with the door cracked the entire first night. But that’s a testament to the safety of the hotel as I wasn’t disturbed.

Location is great and staff was very helpful. Huge clean comfortable bed in the room. The whole hotel has this modern kinda brutalist art style which looks good for those who into this. Parking is awesome under the hotel using this high tech car elevator. The breakfast is quite good, lot of product to choose from. Recommended hotel.

They dont have a bar which is a huge miss because most of the guest are young and party minded and im pretty sure everyone would loved to have a couple of fine cech beer in the lobby. Also the rooms are very dark, lack of proper lights. Otherwise its a great hotel.

The room looks exactly like the photos, great location and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast options were simple but of good quality. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning actually works, definitely a big plus for us! (a lot of hotels in Prague claim to have AC but don't work). My husband and I would be very happy to stay here again next time. There's also a great pho bar right opposite the hotel which is definitely worth a try too! Great value for money and would recommend staying here instead of the pricier options at the centre of Old Town as it is quieter and just a short walk away from points of interest. If you don't feel like walking, just take the tram right outside of the hotel.

The location is very central and the rooms are modern and very clean. The air-conditioning was also very effective and a life saver on these days.

That's for sure not a 5 star hotel (it's a joke). There are no public areas, no swimming pool, the rooms are tiny and quite spartan. Other than the bed, there's not really a place to seat in the room, so if you plan to work on your pc, it might not be the place for you. The breakfast is expensive and really not worth its price. There are much better options around.

Very modern, super clean hotel. Room 612 was a good size, quiet, with a big balcony and excellent work desk. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great shower stall. Friendly and helpful front desk staff

The separately owned up-market Italian restaurant adjoining the hotel is extremely overpriced. A glass of house wine cost over 9 euros. This is not the fault of the hotel but should be noted. The Pho43 Restaurant across the road is much better value.

Urban Creme was the best hotel choice to choose where to stay for the value. A helpful hotel worker will spot name Adam, helped with a lot of things to be sorted for the stay. He went the extra mile, to leave us satisfied with our stay. I can strongly recommend staying in a hotel. The TV, Bed, and space in the Delux room were fantastic, clean, and quiet. They decorated our room. Love it. Public connection near the hotel can take you all around Prague, 40min to the airport for cost 3.5euro! Restaurants and markets are around the hotel. We really enjoyed our wedding stay! Will return there if possible asap.

Breakfast was fantastic to enjoy, but one coffee machine must be upgraded for one more. It is not a downside but could be a faster queue to avoid.

We liked the room and cosmetics. And service - room cleaning was very good.

I booked the accommodation via booking. There was said that the hotel has free parking but a parking slot needs to be booked. We didnt book it, but anyway, the hotel wanted to charge us 35eur per night, and said that it was clearly stated on booking. They showed me the information put on booking about parking, but that info was nit there when I booked - otherwise I would not stay in that hotel.

Clean room, great shower, easy check in. Great hotel in central Prague - lots of shops and places to eat nearby. Short walk across the road to Florenc bus/traing station and lots of trams stop close by. Didnt have breakfast so not sure on that but thorough recommend Den Noc - 10min walk - BEST pancakes ever.

The rooms air con panel lets off a blue glow into the room at night. I tried to cover with a towel but would be better if this switched off when not using it.
