The hotel is in a very good location, a lot of restaurants, grosseries and transport around. I love to walk, so the “old town” was closer for me (like 1,5 km), and everyday I was walking to there. The installations are new, and the bed is amazing

The hotel is in a great location, easily accessible by public transport and close to the city centre. It's in an lovely old building (usually means a lot of steps to reach the top levels), but hotel is conveniently equipped with an elevator. The room was nice and clean, a bit on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. Staff was nice and breakfast very decent too. We enjoyed our stay.

The only thing we missed was parking availability. Even though the booking says they have parking spots available, after asking at the reception, the hotel staff offered us a parking spot in their "partner acommodation", which was nearby, but cost extra fee and honestly, was quite pricey. We ended up parking in a public parking garage several stops away from the hotel.

My flight to Prague was much later than the time it was supposed to go, so I arrived at the hotel for midnight. The communication from the hotel was superb and late check-in was arranged. On arrival I was able to pick up the key from an combination-locked box and went to my room. Room itself was very nice, clean and the bed was really comfortable. I woke up late and was in the room passed the checkout time but I wasn't harassed, so really happy about that. Late check-in was really simple and well organised. Not necessarily a problem for me, but the stairs from the front entrance to reception can be a hassle if you're travelling with heavy suitcases.

We loved the hotel, it's modern, clean and the staff will go the lengths to help you. David at the reception is exceptionally nice, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and while the location was not central it was very close by. The rooms were comfortable, the beds very comfortable l, new and clean. The rooms had air conditioning and streaming TV. We were a family with grandparents, parents and children and the hotel was fine for us all.

perfect location. everything is near 5 min metro, supermarket. clean and comfortable room. breakfast is really good. A fairly rich selection of cheeses, sausages, fruits, vegetables and salads. Natural coffee, several types of juices, teas. The staff is very responsible, friendly and attentive. I was really impressed with the level of quality of both the hotel itself and the staff. This is a really 4 star hotel. From the quality of filling the rooms to the quality of breakfast products.

Modern hotel, friendly staff. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, towels changed every day.

I visit Prague one or twice a month for work and leisure and usually stay in the same hotel. However this time I decided to change and I wasn’t disappointed. This will 100% be my new place to stay. Room was perfect. AC was brilliant, staff were very good house keeping amazing. And I asked for a 30mins late check out and it was no hassle. 10/10 I’ll be back soon

Everything perfect no issues

The value for money is amazing! It‘s a great hotel. Everything was clean, the reception staff was very friendly and let me choose my room. She extended my stay for the price I found on Booking. Rooms are nice, I had a room with a separated bathroom, so no issue with the open sink/ transparent shower.

the moth problem is real. I could manage it with always closing the bathroom door. But it was a little annyoing to have them flying around

everything was great. the breakfast is delicious, the room is clean and new. the cleaners clean everything very well. the staff at the reception desk was very nice, there were different people all three days and they were all just lovely. if you come to Prague, stay only in this hotel.

Andrea is a gem. The after-hours check-in was very well coordinated and she was really helpful in offering tips on what to do in Prague. The hotel is modern, the room, including the bathroom, was spacious with a well functioning AC and I could follow BBC on television.

The carpet was stained and this made the room look dirty. The pillows were uncomfortable (too thick for my build).
