good location walkable to old town, near tram station, near many restaurants and great included breakfast. The bathroom included a dry rack
the shower cube is so small, so tight space that I hit water single-lever mixer many times and it is switched to either cold water or hot burning water!!! Secondly the old mattress is sagging both sides, there is a hump in the center, not comfortable sleeping!

The rooms were nice and big, very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke very good English too. The hotel is in a good location to start exploring Prague, with Wenceslas Square a 10 minute walk away, and lots of mini-marts, bars and restaurants nearby.

Great location for a low-cost trip. Just across the park from a tram stop that will take you loads of places, including the castle complex. Near enough to Old Town to walk home. Very helpful staff on reception. Great continental breakfast - cereals, breads, pastries, cold meat & cheese, hot scrambled egg & sausage. The only thing they could improve on was they need to provide proper tea bags for the British guests, and the air con could definitely be quieter.

Great accomodation. I found everything to be satisfying, actually better than expected. - clean rooms with airconditioning, clean bathrooms - staff at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly, accomodated ALL our requests - good breakfast - close proximity (15 min fast walking distance) to downtown - very good overall value for money
traffic on street was loud at night, but that is probably an issue anywhere downtown

Excellent location. Very comfortable spacious room. Exceptional breakfast buffet, including cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit, breads and pastries, selection of cold meats and cheeses, a hot option every day, juices and coffee etc. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Just wonderful.

Staff are very helpful and courteous.
The bed is not comfortable. It sunk on the side of the mattresd. Tea and coffee are not replaced once finished. Only have tea anf coffee on day 1.
