what’s NOT to like? such a beautiful property.

I ordered a Classic King room but was given a Classic Queen. When I noticed it, it was at the end of a very long day so I didn’t say anything until the next day. We had already unpacked by this time so when they offered us another room the last thing I wanted to do was repack and unpack again. the explanation I was given was, “that they are the same” well they aren’t, one is smaller than the other. I was even told that a king bed is only a few inches larger…. the issue is if I wanted a queen I would have ordered a queen. Yes, I didn’t change rooms, wanted to be out and about. They did send up a bottle of wine, that was nice. just disappointed that I didn’t get what I ordered. Having said all this the hotel was lovely and I’d stay here again

Beautiful and the staff we superb!!

Pillows and bed too soft, ac wasn’t working well in our room. Everything was superb especially all the staff who were very accommodating.

Could not fault this place. The staff were fantastic, always friendly and very helpful and the hotel is beautiful. We stayed for our 5th wedding anniversary and were very kindly upgraded to a better room and had sweet treats and a bottle of bubbly waiting in our room. We were also given a complimentary glass of prosecco at check-in. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of options including for vegetarians. If you opt for breakfast, try the pancakes! The room itself was comfortable with an excellent bathroom with all the extra touches you expect from bathrobes to toiletries. The heated floor in the bathroom is definitely something I'll miss. Overall, it was a fantastic stay in a beautiful location!

Great location. Fantastic dinne and cocktails in the bar. Unique setting in an old monastry.

Interior seemed randomly assembled. Requested a baby cot upfront, but still needed to remind and wait for a setup. Not 5* worthy service.

The room was wonderful, but the breakfast was exceptional. We were made most welcome and the staff were helpful and attentive. The concierge in particular helped arrange a private tour of the Estates Theatre, something very important to us.

Other guests lolling about in dressing gowns, talking too loudly and smoking.

We loved our stay here . From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. We were offered Prosecco at check in , early check In and a room up grade. The staff were super helpful and the tour of the monastery was excellent. Would definitely recommend and return !

The facilities, the friendly and helpful staff, the careful attention to details and making my stay with my companion very special. The room was spacious and with a lovely view.

That the breakfast was not included after paying that much money for the room.

The staff and the hotel amenities were amazing.

It seems like the restaurant only had 1 high chair for children, and it had parts missing. It would have been great to have a proper high chair as we ate at the restaurant at least once a day.

The best place when you travel to Praha. Location is perfect and overall atmosphere in this hotel goes with feeling the image of city. To celebrate our anniversary, we chose the room which has view of Prague castel, and it was good choice that we had unforgettable memory.

One of the best hotels in Prague. Great staff, beautiful spacious rooms, excellent location and delicious breakfast. A true 5-star property. Very hard to beat!

The only slight downside is that there is no parking garage, your car is parked outside in the courtyard, but the price of parking is just the same as in other similar properties with garages. It is nothing too terrible, though.
