Hotel San Antonio

Very calm and nice area. It is a suburb of Split. You need 25min by car to get to Split including traffic from Podstrana to Split. Perfect for relaxing. Nice beach and restaurants in the area. We loved the view from our room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. The room was big. The terrasse in our room was perfect.

Mattresses were too soft and not comfortable enough for me. Carpet was not vaccumed. It could use more housekeeping.

Honestly, by looking the other reviews I was kinda shocked. Hotel is really nice and there is really nothing bad. Will come again for sure

Next to the beach, has plenty of space for parking, our room had two balconies, quite modern, good location, very nice breakfast and friendly and helpful stuff.

No privacy for bathroom (no doors), just a glass, no lock, and gaps, quite unpleasant experience! No kettle. Good that had small refrigerator, but it was a bit leaking and not maintaining the temperature, we were not sure next day it food was good for consuming. Swimming pool needs some cleaning. Was no beach free sun beds, quite disappointing, had to lie next to them. As a hotel next to the beach, could provide free sun beds! The most disgusting thing: everyone smoke everywhere! Stinks of cigarets no matter where you sit to relax and enjoy refreshing sea air, and cigaret buds all around the beach.

Staff were great. We got free upgrade to superior room…

Size of the room and room not advertised as a seperate apartment building, sunbeds have to pay for and no other options to lay on the beach as its just stones hence pay or go somewhere else. Prices for the sunbeds doubled after 3 days of being there with no prior notice from 150kn to 300kn for 2 beds and one Umbrella

A very big room, clean room, with nice bathroom. Beach is about 20m in front of the hotel; where a descent breakfast is served (buffet); and the restaurant is. Very cosy to eat, with reasonable prices. There's only an indoor pool; which is not used much. The room has a great sea-side terrace This is the first time ever, in a hotel, that I just sat on my terrace looking at the sea and sunset :)

We always found a spot on the parking; but it could be a little bigger!

the location was fab. just a 15 minute drive away from Split Old Town. very localised to other major towns. great views across the bay and the private beach was a few steps away from the hotel.

it needed a good refurb throughout. the rooms were lovely and spacious and clean however the pool area was very run down and the hotel restaurant/breakfast area looked unclean but actually it just needs updating

The staff agreed to a reasonable upgrade so we could transfer from the annex, which was a small room with a one-person sized sofa. Our new room in the main hotel building was much bigger with a fabulous balcony overlooking the beach. It was well worth paying a bit more as it was so much more comfortable. There was a nice little fridge and a decent size TV

There was no kettle or tea/coffee making facility - fortunately we'd brought our own travel kettle, but had to ask for cups and went to the local supermarket to buy milk and drinks things.

Beachfront and nice hotel restaurant with tables outside right next to the sea for romantic dinners.

The part of the beach that belongs to hotel doesn't really have sand entrance to the water only concrete steps. The prices for the restaurants in this area were the most expensive compare to all other places from Zadar to Dubrovnik.
