GHL Hotel Neiva

Hot water. Many hotels in Colombia don't have that. Clean and well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff. The air conditioning functioned well and it was not too close to the bed. In many OTHER hotels here the air conditioning blows right onto the bed and the temperature cannot be regulated; they just blow colder and colder. If you don't see what you want at breakfast you can special order it.

Dealing with the hotel over the phone can be frustrating. We called beforehand with questions about parking and we could not get a clear answer, or we got hung up on.

The breakfast was great with lots of options and good quality. In the evenings, they provided complimentary tea and coffee which was very nice as well. The bed was very soft and large and being able to control the temperature in the room was great. The hot water was also very appreciated!

The lights in the hallway are motion-sensor and there is about a 5-10 second delay in turning on. During the day it is not a problem but at night, you walk a good portion of the hallway in the dark before there are any lights. Also, though it wasn't particularly distracting, through the walls of my room I could hear the person next door talking on their phone.

The staff is the kindest I have met so far, and the facilities are clean, comfortable, and very cosy with a Christmas theme. Our baby got sick and the hotel staff did their utmost to help us get medical attention, that meant the world to us.

The staff are very kind and helpful, and the breakfast is always delicious. The hotel is located close to the airport and near two malls which makes it easy to quickly access most anything you may need. Also, the rooms are very clean and there is hot water and air conditioning.

The staff. Breakfast was good but the staff made it great. They were very observant and quick to help. The guy that secured parking watched and helped before you had to ask. That staff went above and beyond just doing their job.

I loved everything ! ... The best hotel ever !!!! The staff is very very kind and respectful. The facilities very clean. I loved the sauna and Turkish bath, they are great. Breakfast: awesome !!!! The perfect stay in Neiva. Thank you !!!!!

This is a very nice hotel. I will definitely come back soon. The rooms were cleaned and the beds are soo comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious and well prepared. The customer service is absolutely amazing. People at the hotel are very nice and kind. Sr. Oscar Artunduaga help us several times. He deserves a recognition his outstanding customer service.

The room size is smaller than expected, very little area but still very clean, comfortable, and nice.

I have been booking the GHL Hotel Neiva since 2016. It is the best option to stay in Neiva. The staff is very thoughtful and helpful. All hotel facilities were organized and clean. Breakfast, lunch and dinner werre always very good. I strongly recommend it.

Comfy beds. Great desk including great chair. At breakfast they have fruit in different selections. You don´t have to serve yourself. Just unwrap the plate. Very good stay overall

Breakfast area was a bit crowded. Maybe hotel was full. But the operation was efficient.
