Le Gaspesiana

Sea food restaurant like the cantine st-flavie next door, 1 mins walk. Other stores, ice cream parlor and restaurants close by. Not to many but enough. Ocean view of the river. Excellent restaurant at hotel. Room very clean.

There was no air conditioning, but there was a fan. No sodas machine or ice macine but have to go to reception to get some. There wasn't the option to put the card at the door for the maid to clean. I guess everything goes through reception.

The impressive view of the St. Lawrence through the gigantic window when you first enter the room makes a huge impact. The hotel is older but fairly well maintained and the location is perfect for traveling along route 132. So many amazing artsy places nearby (like the Marcel Gagnon Art Centre/restaurant/gift shop) And the restaurant in la Gaspesiana itself is wonderful. Both the food and service was fabulous.

Location, location, location! Magnificent sunsets viewed from our room's balcony every evening. Watching the tides roll in and out with drastic changes. Restaurant staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was excellently prepared and presented! And a friendly visit from a seal on most mornings. Beautiful area to simply disconnect.

Great experience watching the tide roll in along the St. Lawrence, while we ate. Great view from the dining room. The food was incredible and we hosted another couple, who had been there before. Great staff. Comfortable beds and clean room with refrigerator.

The renovated rooms were beautiful. We had a waterfront room with patio overlooking the beach which was amazing. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant and both were excellent. It was a very clean well kept property. To answer one of the questions below ...we were on Sainte- Flavie beach

Everything looks newly renovated. The carpets had been removed and easier to clean floors installed. Beautifully located on the river.

It was quite pricey and breakfast was not included as many motels now do. A lot of extra costs i.e. extra person, on ground floor, River view and local tax.

Everything was awesome! The room was directly on the water! The view was fabulous with awesome sunsets!!! The food at the restaurant was delicious and the service was amazing!

There is no negative things to say about the fabulous hotel!!!

Thought the area around our door needed cleaning and the window didn’t have a lock being on the ground floor thought it should lock

The huge windows overlooking the rocky low tide beach and water and sunsets are just fantastic. I loved being able to walk right out and explore the tide pools.

The restaurant lacked some variety in vegetarian options.

Location was good. My room was clean and the bathroom had lovely updated fixtures. The staff went over and above to ensure my needs were met.
