I was super pleased with my stay! The rooms are clean, the beds are heaven! The only thing is when we book online and write special requests, they sent me a confirmation about my requests saying they will be met no charge! I get there and my requests are impossible to meet! But besides that...wow great job! Can't wait to go back to have the full experience with room service, restaurant and bar! Awesome!!!! We will definitely look for TIMES everytime we travel!
For the geese that are stuck in a parking lot next to hotel because they lost their home when the hotel was built! Maybe you guys could call wildlife and work with them to either build a park for them in that empty parking lot next to the hotel. Geese always go back to where they were born! Not an animal you can just relocate! They will come back! I hope I'm not writing this for nothing, I would appreciate a response to this issue! We humans take over their homes and do nothing to help after! Plz help them!

Breakfast was good and location was perfect
You pay for water if you the bottle which was in your room and I pay 3$ something for that which look cheap caz if you paying 350$ for one day and paying for water bottle,at least they need to put 2 bottle of water free of cost then it look more professional these small things make a big difference

As a regular traveler for work and leisure, this was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for some time. Great design of the room and facilities. Very comfortable and staff were lovely. Highly recommend

That we could not stay longer due to schedule, also extended parking lot was very muddy and far when it was raining very hard on our check out day.

The room was very comfortable, quiet and well appointed.
The hotel needs a restaurant because it is located in a remote, industrial area with no restaurants in close walking distance. It has a lively bar. Why not expand the bar to include meals?
